Abstract: To implement numeralization and automation during the manufacturing of beverage bottles, a data management system for the numerical design and manufacturing of beverage bottle was proposed, which was required in the process of the rheological tests, simulation of stretch-blow process, and the optimization of the processing parameters. Simultaneously, several key technologies were illustrated in detail, including the processing of the experimental data, the seamless integration of various systems, the data mining and optimization of processing parameters. Application of this system beneficially offers technical support to lessen the experimental workload, improve the manufacturing process, guide the operation in workshop, shorten the design cycle and improve the efficiency.

Abstract: The easy-to-wear and easy-to-deform of screw threads resulting in screw thread damage often form to the steel tube lined glass used for petroleum pipe because of their low joining strength. The reason resulting above problem was found through experiments. Moreover, it was found that the high-frequency quenching and tempering heat treatment process could effectively improve strength of screw threads with optimized process parameters. The optimized parameters are output power, frequency, and thickness of steel tube wall, high degree of screw threads, induction coil current, relative speed, and medium jet pressure, respectively. The high-frequency quenching and tempering heat treatment processes are a new approach to improve the hardening of strength for the steel tube lined glass.

Abstract: This paper introduces a digital signal processor based system design, through the computer acquisition individuals EMG(Electromyographic)signal data to monitor the dynamic activity of muscles, and the estimation of normal and pathological conditions of the acquired data of the power spectrum. In the collection system, the input signal of the two differential amplifier signal preprocessing and obtain the EMG signal linear feature. Obtain electromyographic signal is then digitized, and transmitted to the computer analysis. The optimization system for detection and Analysis on the clinical diagnosis of human functional status and rehabilitation has important significance.

Abstract: This paper studies the nontrivial positive solutions to a semilinear elliptic system with variable coefficients in the n dimensional Euclide space. By constructing a new variational space and using some linking theorems, this paper finally proves the existence of positive solution to a semilinear elliptic system.

Abstract: In order to enhance the sealing performance of rubber core in ram blowout preventer, this paper designed a new structure of the rubber core which embedded a half-PTFE ring in the central of rubber core based on the characteristics of failure mode on the contact surface. Through carrying out the experiment on the rubber under different temperature and pressure to determine the constitutive relation of the rubber core, this paper has established the 3D model of rubber core and drill pipe, accomplished the contact finite element analysis under 20MPa and compared with the general rubber core. The results show that in the contact surface between the new rubber core and the drill pipe, the whole rubber core is in stress concentration area, and the contact stress is bigger than the values of normal core with the drill pipe. When the well blowout occurred, it will have a greater sealing pressure between the PTFE ring and the drill pipe, which plays a greater role in blowout control. For the small friction coefficient between PTFE ring and drill pipe, the scuffing is reduced from the drill pipe and the service life of rubber core is extende

Abstract: To improve the precision of side impact simulation, MDB model with taper section beam element was established and validated under the GB20071-2006 regulation. The MDB model was used to simulate a side impact test with a production car. The velocities of five key points on the B pillar and the door were outputted and compared with the test data. Numerical results show that the MDB model which based on taper section beam element can meet the requirements of the regulation and is in line with the test data, thus getting a higher accuracy and better simulation application value.

Abstract: This article will use the wave making theory of uniform pressure side to calculate the amphibious air cushion wave. Moreover, the composited outside wave establishes the new wave that closer to the practical hull bottom wave. At the same time, utilize the flow continuity equation to build the air cushion system then to set up the perfect mathematical model of amphibious air cushion with six variances operation. In addition, forecast the divisibility of amphibious air cushion motion in wave. The forecast result can effectively affect the basic motion characteristic of the hovercraft. The simulation result can use for the deeper research of motor function for the hovercraft operation, the debugging and optimization of the control system.

Abstract: Internet-enabled calibration, which is rapidly developing in recent years, combines the techniques of the Internet and metrology. So far, all the approaches realized for remote calibration of electrical instruments need to transfer high-accuracy units to the calibration site. This paper proposes a system using Virtual Instrument (VI) instead of traveling standard. The accuracy of data depends on the precision of data acquisition (DAQ) system and reliability of the Internet. Two basic architectures are given and several crucial techniques are discussed.
