Abstract: To improve the car's active safety, studies on electromechanical brake (EMB) system have been taken in recent years. The principle and characteristics of EMB are investigated in this paper. An EMB system is designed, and a ballscrew/ballnut assembly is used as the transmission device. The comparison of hydraulic brake (HB) and EMB shown that EMB could regulate brake force more quickly and accurately.

Abstract: Large-scale vibration screen produced modal deformation under the influence of their quality. They often leaded to destruction in the linear vibration screen. This damage often occurred in side plates and screen boxes. Because rivets connected the side plate, it was individually analyzed. There were large deformation of linear vibration screen ZX3175 by computer software COSMOSWorks. The nature frequency of the screen plate was close to the screen source. There were large modal deformations at the edge of the plate. This was the main reason for fatigue damage of the plate. This paper put forward some methods to reduce modal deformation of the base plate.

Abstract: The restrictors of fluid lubricated sliding bearings play vital role in oil film rigidity and carrying capacity of bearings. The mathematical models for solution of the oil film static performance of the bearings with four different restrictors were presented and the numerical solution methods were analyzed. The solutions for oil film static characteristics in many aspects such as discretization of Reynolds equation, building clearance function, determinating boundary conditions, constructing continuity equation, deducing the models of oil inlet flow, solving the carrying capacity were conducted. The computational results show that the bearings with capillary or orifice restrictor have lower carrying capacity and oil film rigidity than those with sliding valve feedback or film feedback restrictors.

Abstract: The main task is to study the CNC lathe cutting force signal on-line monitoring system design, it mainly includes the cutting force signal acquisition, real-time monitoring and subsequent processing and analysis. Cutting force signal acquisition is the use of Kistler piezoelectric sensor signal, converted into voltage signal, and through the data acquisition board, to convert analog signals into digital signals, input to the computer, the computer real-time monitoring of machining process. Signal processing is to the acquisition of signal processing and analysis, to obtain the correct dynamic cutting force signal, to verify the stability and reliability of the whole monitoring system.

Abstract: Three-ring reducer is a type of epicyclic gear drive with small tooth number difference and internal gear. It is different from other gear transmission, that the load shearing factor of multi tooth contact is much smaller. On the basis of analyses of geometry, tooth deformation and manufacturing errors, a mathematical model which describes the state of multi tooth contact and the load distribution characteristics of tooth was developed. The multi- tooth meshing effect of the three- ring gear reducer is studied used the finite element method and ANSYS finite element software. While three- ring gear reducer is running, the number of teeth contacted simultaneously, their load distribution characteristics and the von Mises stress change are gained.

Abstract: A detailed numerical simulation analysis on the dynamic response of intermittent roller chain drive has been carried out in this study. Instead of using analytical method, three dimension solid modeling software and multi-rigid body dynamic analysis software are utilized for modeling and simulating the dynamic behavior of chain drive. The longitudinal vibration response of the chain links is concentrated on, which aims to reveal the dynamic characteristics of the intermittent chain drive under varying motion laws such as the modified sinusoid (MS), the modified constant velocity (MCV) and the unsymmetrical modified trapezoid (UMT). The simulation results can enable designers to require information on the analysis and design of mechanisms with the intermittent roller chain drives.

Abstract: Onshore hydraulic systems are not generally applied in subsea production control system,so how to design a special needed hydraulic system for subsea X-tree has been one of the hot research questions.Several specific hydraulic components were analyzed, such as hydraulic power unite,umbilical,subsea control model,hydraulic control valve and valve actuator, and then corresponding hydraulic schematic which can meet the requirements of subsea X-tree is presented.

Abstract: To design and manufacture better artificial joints, it is necessary to obtain the motion range of lower limb statistically. General Staircase as an experimental device had been designed; motion capture system and plantar force measurement system were used to establish a systematic measurement method during stairs descent. The variation and range of hip, knee and ankle joints of 40 samples along different directions in a cycle have been calculated. During stair decent, motion range of hip, knee and ankle joints reach maximum in the sagittal plane and are larger comparing to joint motion range in walking and jogging.

Abstract: A water pump volute casing was found leak after 359 hours in a 500-hour-durability bench test. The flatness of big surface, flaw detection and material strength of the pump volute casing were tested, the failure reason was identified and the structure was optimized. The fatigue life of the optimization pump volute casing was simulated by applying S-N curve method, and the optimization structure was also identified successfully by experiments.

Abstract: To master the influence of deterministic system error to navigation system, so can accurately present the precision index of gyroscopes and accelerometers, which are the main components of rate azimuth platform inertial navigation system, and initial calibration precision. With the error equations under static state, the characteristic equation of rate azimuth platform inertial navigation system is set up. Based on the solutions of the error equation, and the system error characteristics caused by the gyroscope drifts are deduced with analytical method.
