Abstract: The lack of semantic and effective negotiation mechanisms, suppliers and consumers in network manufacturing services are difficult to establish satisfactory service relationships. To solve this problem, an agent-based auto-negotiation mechanism with semantic Web Services was proposed. An agent negotiation model based on the manufacturing services ontology was established. With this model, the major procedures for agent-based auto-negotiation were described, which include how to match the services suppliers and consumers, how to process semantic similarity calculation, and how to auto-negotiation, etc.

Abstract: Many questions in natural science and engineering are transformed into nonlinear equations to be found, Newton iterative method is an important technique to one dimensional and multidimensional variables and iterative process exhibits sensitive dependence on initial guess point. For the first time, utilizing a fractal iteration system to produce initial value, a new method to find all solutions of the nonlinear equations was proposed. The numerical examples in linkage synthesis and approximate synthesis show that the method is correct and effective.

Abstract: A new parameter estimation--- pattern search algorithm based on maximum likelihood estimation is used to estimate the parameters of generalized hyperbolic distribution, normal inverse Gaussian distribution and hyperbolic distribution, which are used to fit the log-return of Shanghai composite index. The goodness of fit is tested based on Anderson & Darling distance and FOF distance who pay more attention to tail distances of some distribution. Monte Carlo simulation are used to determin the critical values of Anderson & Darling distance and FOF distance of different distributions.Value at risk (VaR) and conditional value at risk (CVaR) are estimated for the fitted generalized hyperbolic distribution, normal inverse Gaussian distribution and hyperbolic distributio.The results show that generalized hyperbolic distribution family is more suitable for risk measure such as VaR and CVaR than normal distribution.

Abstract: With the development of e-commerce technology and mobile communications technology, a new business model is emerged, which is the mobile e-commerce. It is flexible and convenient, without time and geographical constraints, so it has a huge market potential. In this paper, the program development of android mobile phones and mobile e-commerce architecture are studied. First, the mobile e-commerce and Android system are introduced, and then mobile e-commerce architecture and android application development are studied, the key technology in mobile e-commerce is researched and discussed.

Abstract: Continuous wave (CW) telegraph is a crucial communication means for high-frequency tactical communication. But there is serious frequency deviation and impulsive noise in High-frequency channel, thus the conventional tracking method based on Gaussian noise assumption may lose the track of time-varying CW signal. A new robust kalman filter-based tracker is proposed in this paper to extract the time-varying CW signal in presence of impulsive interference, which uses a nonlinear statistical model. Simulation studies show this method can dynamically track nonstationary CW signal and effectively suppress burst impulse noise.

Abstract: JPEG2000 algorithm has been developed based on the DWT techniques, which have shown how the results achieved in different areas in information technology can be applied to enhance the performance. Lossy image compression algorithms sacrifice perfect image reconstruction in favor of decreased storage requirements. Wavelets have become a popular technology for information redistribution for high-performance image compression algorithms. Lossy compression algorithms sacrifice perfect image reconstruction in favor of improved compression rates while minimizing image quality lossy.

Abstract: Node positioning technology in wireless sensor network plays an important role in the whole network, and a lot of scholars engage in this field. According to the background that wireless sensor network is applied in Three-Dimensional space, an improved algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm makes the average distance of each hop more rational through choosing the external anchor nodes. After the achievement of the unknown nodes positioning, initial positioning location would be corrected in order to get a higher positioning accuracy. Simulation results show that the accuracy of the improved algorithm is 13% higher than the traditional DV-Hop algorithm.

Abstract: This article was based on game theory; the author analyzed the various factors affecting the game theory, including player.strategy set. pay off.equilibrium and orders of the game. Besides, the author used Nash equilibrium theory to analyze the determination of one's own bid price and estimate rival bid price function, finally determined the entire process of one's quotation function model. In the end the author used the established function model and analysis an example to verify the feasibility of the model.

Abstract: This paper presents a measurement design of speed torque of micro harmonic drive. On the basis of micro harmonic drive theory and the measuring method of speed torque of traditional gear an experimental system for measuring is put forward. Experimental equipment is determined. Instruments for measuring speed torque of traditional reducer can not be applied directly due to the minimal scale of micro harmonic drive. Measurement methods of micro harmonic drive and appropriate equipment are particularly important to be researched.
