Abstract: This paper firstly established a mathematical model, and then analyzed on the force characteristics according to the mathematical model of engine connecting rod.Then the automobile engine connecting rod was analyzed by the use of three-dimensional Unigraphics (UG )software.By comparative analysis on the data obtained from experiment and the data caculated by mathematical model ,we obtained the most precise force condition,whch finally provided theoretical basis for the research on the force of the connecting rod in an automobile engine.

Abstract: This paper proposes a method of calculating reliability using perturbation stochastic finite element. The mean and variance of the stress can be computed by the perturbation stochastic finite element. Computer program is used to generate samples of stress and strength. If the stress is greater than the strength, the structure will fail. The Monte Carlo simulation is proposed to compute structural reliability. Reliability calculation using the Monte Carlo simulation is developed. A numerical example demonstrates the proposed method is feasible.

Abstract: Facing fierce global competition, companies must adjust the production line according to Lean Production, especially in piston field. In order to get a p roductive and rational production line rapidly and effectively, a virtual design method with virtual manufacturing was introduced. First, the production line based on Lean Production was analyzed. Secondly, the key technologies to virtual design were described: planning the virtual production line, establishing the basic resource class library, and simulating the virtual production line. At last,a virtual piston production line is presented, built and simulated in QUEST.This method will provide an efficient tool for the layout planning and rapid reconfiguration design of piston production line, realize the Lean Production goal.

Abstract: The CrAlN composite coatings with different Al content are deposited on 65Mn steel substrate by multi-ion plating technology. The structure, surface morphology, composition and oxidation resistance of CrAlN composite coatings are tested by XRD, EDS, SEM and oxidation furnace, respectively. The experimental results show that the preferential growth orientation of the coatings was changed from CrN (111) to CrN (200) after the addition of Al element. And the surface roughness of CrAlN coatings increase gradually with increasing of Al content. Compared with CrN coatings, the CrAlN composite coatings show much better oxidation resistance. And the oxidation resistance ability will enhance with increasing Al content, because Al and Cr oxide form after oxidation in high temperature condition which could reduce the diffusivity ability of oxygen.

Abstract: The article takes the application of comprehensive materials multimedia in Aerobics curriculum as empirical research, which in allusion to the current situation of utilization of multimedia in physical education teaching. The research regards the college students as the objectives of study and selects Aerobics courseware with two different kinds of characteristic as the experimental materials, with the adoption of the research methods such as documentary analysis method, experimental method, Delphi method and the mathematical statistics analysis method etc. Besides, exercise interest of the students has been tested by using revised Chinese edition of PESTS as the measuring tool, so as to provide psychology reference for the formulation of physical education comprehensive materials multimedia which meets the learning interest of the students.

Abstract: Data mining is use of machine learning, statistical learning from the data mining technology found in. In view of the current sports training problems, and discusses the data mining technology in the application of sports training theory, and through the key neural network method to forecast the athlete's performance in the application. The experimental data show that using neural network to predict athletic performance has a good approximation ability, but has good extension, which indicates that the use of the relevant data mining technology to guide the scientific nature of the sports training increases, will have broad application space.

Abstract: Based on the electric hot drilling and ordinary drilling to drill small hole for hard-to-cut materials stainless steel, the chip morphology and microstructure were studied, the cutting deformation coefficient of the ordinary drilling is bigger, and the chip is not easy to discharge from spiral groove, while the cutting deformation coefficient of electric hot drilling is small, the chips are discharged smoothly along the spiral groove, experimental results show that the electric heating drilling improves capacity of chip breaking, and reduces drill fracture result from the chip obstruction, so it improves the service life of the drill bit.

Abstract: Based on the gear generation principle, taking the professional software as the tool, the problem of virtual hobbing simulation on involute helical gears was studied, and virtual hobbing simulation of hobbing on the whole gear was completed by using macros of CATIA V5. The validity of this method was validated through analyzing the tooth surface accuracy error of the model which was below 1µm between the virtual tooth surface and the theoretical tooth surface and the possible factors affected the tooth surface accuracy during manufacturing was also carried on the discussion. It offers a fictitious three-D platform for studying the principle of gear cutting machine's error as well as the finite element analysis between the ideal tooth surface and the erroneous tooth surface.

Abstract: Seeking for a scientific and reasonable predict model is the key point to ensure accurate and reliable prediction results for the land subsidence. In this paper, the research of subsidence area pointed out by picks the process of land subsidence which causes by the water reservoir that conforms to the characteristic of nonlinear dynamics, thus, a new model is established to solve the combinatorial weighted coefficients by using the predict precision, and a simple method is introduced to solve the grey model and neural network combination forecast model. Based on many examples, the new cusp catastrophe land subsidence model is proved to be very effective and much more accurate.
