In the production process easy to produce deformation, cracks, undercut, not fusion, porosity and other defects, affecting life,and it is important for tacking and welding for turbine blades and positioning plates. In order to prevent the generation of welding defects, to meet the design requirements, The process of tacking and welding for turbine blades and positioning plates is designed in this paper.

Abstract: To investigate new features of flow patterns transition during flow boiling in confined vertical narrow rectangular channels, both experiments and theoretical analysis were carried out in the present study. When the channel size was smaller than the bubble departure diameter, a new flow pattern was observed and defined as “confined bubbly flow”. According to the relative size between bubble departure diameter and channel size, two groups of flow pattern transition criteria were developed by using modified drift flux model, with taking features of flow boiling and narrow confinement into account. Satisfactory agreement was obtained by compare model prediction with experiment results. However, further verification and modification are still needed for wider applications.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new quantitative method called the transform coefficients, which is based on the algebraic quantization method. This coefficient is defined as a unique amplitude multiplied by a number of pulses.In order to determine the signs of pulse, location and amplitude, we selected the transmission coefficient by adopting an ideal standard errors. This simple quantification has been implemented in scalable coding of microwave transform, and has been proved that its voice signal and music effect is better than that of the SPIHT.

Abstract: In order to be friendly to environment,the mechanical engineering meet new challenge. It should not only ensure high efficiency, low fuel consumption, but also ensure low emissions, which can achieve the purpose of green manufacturing. Under these conditions, the emission regulations are developed by different governments. Euro VI emission is developed by EU, in order to meet it, it will be necessary to apply the integration technology of after-treatment system for reducing of both PM and NOx. Different kinds of integration technology are described. The Ammonia slip catalysts (ASC) which must be used to reduce NH3 is also introduced.

Abstract: As the public facility of social health insurance, the hospital is closely linked with people's life. With China's rapid economic development, the cause of health and medical science continues to advance, which promote the medical building constantly updating and bring in more and more new equipment and new design concepts in medical building. This article selects two groups of general wards in the affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical College as the monitored object.Through the comparison and analysis on bacterial cultivation qualified rate and incidence rate between the air conditioning unit and natural ventilation unit, we clarifed the use of air conditioning effect on indoor air quality, and gave some advice on general hospital design from the viewpoint of architecture design.

Abstract: The design of shift schedule is of great importance for the drivability of vehicular automatic mechanical transmission. Currently, the most widely used is two-parameter shift schedule, but it ignores the influence of dynamic conditions and ramp conditions. In this paper, a three-parameter power shift schedule based on vehicle speed, acceleration and throttle angle has been proposed, which makes the vehicle have the best performance in all kinds of slope surface. Then the vehicle model is established by Cruise and Matlab/simulink. The simulation results show that the three-parameter power shift schedule can effectively enhance the vehicle dynamic performance.

Abstract: Elevator group control system (EGCS) is a complex optimization system, which has the characteristics of multi-objective, uncertain, stochastic random decision-making and nonlinear. It is hard to describe the elevator group control system in exact mathematic model and to increase the capability of the system with traditional control method. In this paper, we aim at the characters of elevator group control system and intelligent control, introduce the system's control fashion and performance evaluate guidelines and propose an elevator group control scheduling algorithm based on fuzzy neural network.

Abstract: Use the piezoelectronic sensor to test the signal then use the charge amplifier to amplify it,after several amplification ,the weak charge signal is amplified into voltage signal,after that convert the analog signal into dagital signal by the data acquisition board,then input the data into a computer,signal real-time collection and dynamic display can be achieved on the computer.Signal processing process disposes and analyzes the collected signal further,at last obtains the right cutting force signal dynamically,thus it can be used to test the monitoring system's stability and reliability
