Abstract: With development of internet, constructing digital campus, realizing office automation, has become the key to realize the modernization of management in institutes of higher learning, Due to the shortcomings of traditional methods in developing Web application, the MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern is introduced. This paper analyses MVC pattern. On the purpose of the unanimous solution of scientific research management and commercialization, an improved MVC pattern based on the conventional one is introduced. The practice of developing the scientific research management system proved the improved pattern is feasible.

Abstract: The ultrasonic nondestructive detection measurement techniques is so successful, it not only based on production and income measures of the wave, but also to the basis and the shrinkage of the waveform of get signal processing. Although the traditional time domain method can successfully sure small cracks, but you can't estimate the size of the crack, especially in the strong scattering noise to the influence of the after. Experimental results show that this algorithm not only has excellent performance, still can strong presence of noise in the signal processing, also can succeed estimate the size and location of the crack. In addition, this algorithm can be applied to ultrasonic nondestructive signal data compression.

Abstract: In this paper, the load distribution of the rear axle of a MPV is preanalyzed, by using the finite element analysis method, which obtains the contour and the strain tensor maps in the four working conditions of the rear axle: static load, braking, steering and torsion. By analyzing the contour and strain tensor maps, the key load locations and their main stress direction is identified. Through processing data of the calibration tests, the equations of linear regression between load and strain on the rear axle are determined.Comparing with the real 5vehicle road test results, the placement locations of the sensor on the rear axle, which is determined through the finite element analysis, are verified to be correct.

Abstract: A meshless local Petrov-Galerkin method for the analysis of the elasto-plastic fracture problem of the moderately thick plate is presented. The discretized system equations of the moderately thick plate are obtained using a locally weighted residual method. It uses a radial basis function coupled with a polynomial basis function as a trial function, and uses the quartic spline function as a test function of the weighted residual method. An incremental Newton-Raphson iterative algorithm is employed to solve incremental nonlinear local Petrov-Galerkin equations. Numerical results show that the present method possesses not only feasibility, but also rapid convergence for the elasto-plastic fracture problem of the moderately thick plate.

Abstract: The vice-spindle of twin-spindle CNC turning center is easy to produce flexible impact in the process of griping work-piece and it will affect the accuracy of transmission system. According to the problem, an optimization method of staged acceleration-deceleration added to the vice-spindle motion law is put forward, and the optimization scheme is proposed. The results of simulation indicate that the scheme can reduce the flexible impact effectively and ensure the accuracy of transmission system.

Wear-Resistance of Die Steel with Non-Smooth Surface Used to Pressure Casting Die Processed by Laser
Abstract: Various non-smooth surfaces that are similar to the surfaces of animal biont are processed on the die steel by laser to improve the wear-resistance and life-span of die. The wear-resistance of various specimens was measured. The results show that the wear-resistance of specimens with non-smooth surfaces are better than that of the smooth specimen. The wear-resistance of specimen whole processed by laser is between the specimen in 2mm distance and 3mm distance. The shape and distributing distance of non-smooth unit affect the wear-resistance of non-smooth specimens because they affect the area ratio and the hardness of non-smooth unit. The non-smooth unit with higher hardness can underprop load, prevent abrasive particles from penetrating into the matrix material and block the wear progress during wear process. Thus the wear-resistance is improved.

Abstract: By adopting the method of block analysis,the paper analyzes and calculates the forward connecting rod combined lift mechanism by broking up it into a four-bar linkage and the plane motion of an arm triangle rigid body, constructs the kinematic equations of four-bar linkage and arm triangle and the static equations of four-bar linkage based on linear transformation and vector algebra and establishes the mathematical model of lift mechanism based on linear transformation and vector algebra.
