Abstract: In the oil and gas production process, serious sand production causes reservoir and pipe blocked, which makes productivity declined, even stopped. It's the efficient means of sand washing and plug removal by using high-pressure foam fluid jet. The structure and performance of sand washing device determines the efficiency of sand washing and plug removal. The device's nozzle consists of anti-blocking valves, three kinds of nozzles with self-drive, rotation characteristics during the operation. The nozzles include sand washing nozzle, couple nozzle and power nozzle. This device can be used in horizontal wells with complex well bore situation to carry out sand and plug removal. The device has a good effect on sand washing and plug removal in the oil field.

Abstract: The common methods of cam induction hardening are discussed at present. By analyzing the basic motion law of conjugate cam, a new induction hardening mechanism is designed. The motion controlling mathematical model is built on the basis of the kinematic relationship of the transmission of the induction hardening mechanism. Through the mathematical model calculation, we can get angular velocity of the workbench, then realize that single axis on NC machine controls the inductor to make isometric uniform motion relative to the cam surface, so that the cam hardening depth distribution is uniform.

Abstract: "LU silk"was a traditional silk, which was from the southeast of Shanxi province, and prevailed in Ming and Qing Dynasty. However, “LU silk” blended in the local traditional culture with its unique skills. In this article, we apply field archaeology and oral history methods; the thesis gives a brief summary to the existing spinning wheels and looms in ZE Zhou region. Based on the investigation of weaving skills of “LU silk”, we try to explore the traditional silk-weaving skill, its profound historical and cultural background and rich realistic significance of the southeast of Shanxi province.

Abstract: Powerline interference (PLI) is a significant source of noise in Electrocardiogram (ECG). It often exhibits variations in frequency and amplitude along with relatively lower level than that of ECG signal in battery-operated ECG system, whose separation remains a challenging task. The use of masking signal-aided empirical mode decomposition is presented to deal with this problem in this study. Simulation results show that our method can effectively decompose the time-varying PLI into a single intrinsic mode function (IMF) at various interference levels.

Abstract: Based on a large number of CO2 laser welding tests to hard alloy saw blade cutter by PHC-1300 type laser of 1300W and TEM00 mode, and the laser welding parameters and weld microstructures were analyzed ,the mechanical performance tests were also done. The experimental results show that CO2 laser welding can improve combination strength and bearing capacity of the hard alloy circular saw blade cutter; the laser focal spot offset a distance from the weld line to the center of basal body, which can get the optimal weld line; selecting low carbon alloy steel as matrix material and selecting Co-based alloy as knife head lining material are suitable.

Abstract: On the background of increasing demand of construction machinery, the requirement of energy saving without affecting performance, safety and reliability put great pressure on engineering staffs. A comprehensive grasp of the whole system in constitution and working principle exactly helps designers in control and modifications theoretically. Evaluations and discusses in this article are based on a model in Simulation X, and variable geometry parameters in the system model make the matching of desired result easily. A successful model build for working devices of the wheel loader, and all technical result can be acquired easily in the soft ware, the result curves can easily revealed the requirement of optimizing the design of the whole machine.

Abstract: In this paper, testing soil for forest formulated fertilization needs is analyzed, describes the system architecture and hierarchy, and designs the geospatial database. On the basis of the GIS software make thematic analysis for soil fertility, according to site nutrient effect model to make decisions of forest fertilization, build the soil testing for forest formulated fertilization systems, services the forestry sector and the foresters, provide technical support for science to achieve forest soil testing and fertilizer.

Abstract: The damage or deterioration of the mechanical components is a complex and non-linear evolutionary process, but this evolution was not included into the traditional mechanical design method. Therefore, the reliability’s accuracy rate declined over time by this method. To describe the actual situation, combining the time-dependent design method and the maximum predictable time theory, a new design method is presented. By using this method, the reliability of all time horizons can be gained to predict the trend of key parts’ reliability for all machines. This research can also provide a basis for maintenance of machine.
