System Design of Behavior Right Configuration in Construction Project Management

Abstract:

In order to guarantee the cooperation between behavior subjects and the highest efficiency in cooperative strategy, collaborative approaches or authority ways can be taken to design the system of behavior right configuration. The key point of cooperation among construction project subjects lies in the reflecting on the individual interest of behavior subject from overall cooperation surplus. The behavior right configuration system can adjust the distribution of overall cooperation surplus to realize the cooperation and the optimal overall benefit of the construction project, and finally achieves the win-win cooperation.
