Abstract:

The advantages of project general contract with design as leading role were discussed, and some problems that should be noticed for design unit in the project general contract were analyzed in this paper. The disadvantages of design unit in the current project general contract market in china were pointed out. Then the reasonable suggestions aiming at some of them were stated.
