Research on Evaluation of Construction Project under Engineering Variation

Article Preview

Abstract:

Engineering variation is of common and important in construction projects. This paper put forward to a simple method to evaluate the engineering variation of construction project:Based on the evaluation system of a project plan, by means of defining the ratio of variational index first, then figuring out the effect measure of the selected index and adjusting the weight of index, and finally calculating the expectation of the evaluation. This evaluation methodology could be adapted to most evaluation system of construction project. At last, the paper carriers out a case study to prove the practicability of the evaluation methodology.
