Study for the Coordination and Management System on the Construction Project

Abstract:

It is necessary that good symbiosis is established in order to make effective management to the construction project. The paper analyzed the character of coordination and management for multi-project. The coordination and management system of multi-project was studied by basic theory about coordination and management. The basic model has been established for coordination and management system. And the effective function mode has put forward. Through the function mode for coordination and management system, the activity of construction project is more standardization and system. And work efficiency and celerity would be improved. At the same time the various risks resulting in difficult coordination and management would be reduced. So it can be improve coordination and management level for construction projects. Moreover it can help to realize the project whole aim
