Abstract: Housing industry is composed of several relative industries. Its scale structure conforms to the scale described by smiling curve. This paper studies the components of housing industry and describes the proportion between enterprises classified by scale. The detail significations of different stages in housing industry’s smiling curve are explored. There are two laws discussed explaining the developing trends of structure’s two-orientation evolvement and smiling curve of housing industry during the process of housing industrialization.

Abstract: After the economic crisis in 2009, the real estate market has gone through a temporary prosperity, but now it is undergoing the country’s another round of macro control. In order to comply with the national’s implementation of "one-room, one- price" policy and make second-hand housing market standardized. A comprehensive analysis of our country’s real estate prices and the latest development trends is made in this paper, besides; the analysis is based on the real estate evaluation theory. This paper presents a novel real estate estimation method based on spatial decision support system, theoretical analysis and the application of computer technology, this approach is an integration of decision support systems (DSS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Meanwhile, it can make our country’s real estate evaluation more regular and scientifically.

Abstract: This paper analyzes not only the present management mode of safety production in traffic construction project, but also the main problems existed in safety production of different management modes, so as to offer a new mode of safety management in traffic construction project-intermediary organs for security services involving in the safety management. It studies on the qualifications, rank, responsibilities, rights and obligations of the safety management engineer, also the expert group’s composition, structure, quantity and working contents.

Abstract: Abstract. According to causal analysis of the ideological paradigm and starting with the amount of competition intensity, this paper which is based on the existing research starts a study to Competitiveness of China's regional construction industry. This paper proposes the "seven factors" evaluation system of the competitive advantage in Construction industry. On this basis, using principal component analysis and a combination of gray relational analysis research ideas, this paper analysis of China's 10 provinces, changes in building industrial competitiveness. Then, it comes up the causes and countermeasures of the industrial competitiveness of China's regional construction, the trends in the evolution and corresponding results.

Abstract: The learning curve is the curve which indicates individuals and organizations’ effectiveness of learning. Reasonable learning curve not only can use scientific analysis the time-consuming of process changes, accurately forecast the end of time, but also can help policy makers identify risks and risk analysis of the incident on the progress of the project impact.This article summarized the results of previous studies, constructed forecasting model of dynamic random variance time series, based on the learning curve, explained the state of volatility of learning curve in the construction of projects.

Abstract: The practice teaching is an important part of excellent talent education for engineering management major and it is also the key way of culturing creative ability. Firstly, the current problems of practice teaching for engineering management major were analyzed. Abstract: The critical condition evaluation of BT mode is adopted to balance rights and benefits between government and investor. This paper aims to describe and analyze repurchasing radix design, yield design, and repurchasing mode design. Apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to set the evaluation model, which includes 8 valuables factors reflected in the evaluation, and do the preliminary empirical research of the model and get the primary weighing of the 8 factors through the empirical research. By calculating and analyzing, the model truly reflects the interest relation between the government and the investor. Using this model, theoretical foundation to BT mode decision-negotiation is offered.

Abstract: This paper established the Evaluation Index system of supervisors’ stress level and used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) assessing.
