Abstract: The left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is an important mode of traffic organization of intersection, but the traffic management departments are puzzled by the implementation condition, implementation method and efficiency evaluation. The traffic impact analysis of left-turning traffic flows and the advantages of left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is analyzed in paper, then the implementation flows is summarized. The implementation condition and method are determined, and the average delay of intersections in the whole region are chosen as the evaluation index of operation efficiency of the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure. So the calculation method of efficiency between pre and post adopted the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is proposed. The intersections of business district in City Hengyang is chosen as example for verifying the implementation method of left-turning traffic forbiddance, and the efficiency between pre and post adopted the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure is comparatively analyzed and the VISSIM simulation software is applied for verifying the effect of the left-turning traffic forbiddance measure.

Abstract: Foshan bike sharing system has been planed in order to optimize the urban transportation structure, alleviate traffic jam and parking difficulty ,deal with the environmental pollution and so on,as well as to build a sustainable green traffic system.Through analysing the actual situation of the development of the bike sharing in Chancheng, Foshan,we have given the corresponding public bicycle station, bicycle lanes and operation management, and other aspects of the planning scheme.

Abstract: This paper studies the planning theory of airport rail layout. Advantage and disadvantage analysis of air-rail intermodalism were mainly been mentioned. This paper separately discusses the affecting factors, system integrate, operating mode, management pattern and so on about air-rail intermodalism. Development foreground and the feasibility and effectiveness of rail-air intermodalism are put forward in our countries. At last this paper simplifies analyzes the feasibility and operating characteristic of various transportation models connecting with this airport.

Abstract: Parking difficulty is being a highlighted problem in nowadays' cities. As a reality of planning of parking lots in Chinese cities are later than other countries, and also parking lot planning are based on city blueprint and needs of parking places, as well as limit of making parking lot plan, we can make a model on planning and choosing parking lot fields to find the most suitable scheme. Thus it can bring the greatest benefit to the whole area in the city, and also make a reference to planning of the parking lot construction in area.

Abstract: This paper researches the influence of urban rail transit based transportation structure on development of dispersed multi-center city. After the studies of the features of urban rail transit and characteristics of city forms, we constructed the snowflake-shaped transportation structure model of dispersed multi-center city, which took urban rail transit as the backbone of transport network. Finally we analyzed the feedback effect from urban rail based transportation to the development of urban form.

Abstract: This paper explains and demonstrates the operation mode and management characteristics of self- supporting railway company. According to these characteristics, the paper designs and analyses process framework of primary business for local railway company. And it designs the process of transportation planning, transportation scheduling operation, train operation organization and freight organization respectively based on the idea of self- supporting management mode. Finally, this paper analyses the advantages of transport organization process design for self- supporting railway company.

Abstract: Urban - rural public transportation is meaningful for promoting the urban and rural turnover, making the benefit of passenger resources comprehensive maximization. Equalization of urban-rural public transportation is important for coordinating of urban and rural development, promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, eliminating the urban and rural development imbalance .But it' not equal between urban and rural public traffic at present due to the demand, the management model different in China. Abstract: In this article, the authors test whether the economic growth helps predict the Dalian New Airport`s cargo volume. In regression equations explaining cargo volume, the article uses various measures of economic data, including GDP, practitioner’s number, waterway freight traffic volume, highway freight traffic volume, tourists. This article choices the high correlation economic indexes to build the prediction model, use the model test the previous data, verify the feasibility of the model, and forecast the Dalian New Airport`s Cargo volume in the future.

Abstract: Capacitated vehicle routing problem is logistics optimization indispensable part. The hybrid genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution. Firstly, use sequence of real numbers coding so as to simplify the problem; Construct the initial solution to improve the feasibility; adopt some arithmetic crossover operator to enhance whole search ability of the chromosome. Secondly, use Boltzmann simulated annealing mechanism to improve the convergence speed and search efficiency. Finally, comparing to other algorithms, the results demonstrate the effectiveness and good quality.
