Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization and motorization, contradiction between transportation development and historical features protection becomes prominent. Transportation planning is crucial for the future development of a city; therefore, active strategies must be adopted on account of the characteristics of historic cities. This paper argues that for historic cities, the principle of transportation planning should be low carbon, low pollution and low energy. Taking Penglai city as an example, the author analyzes its traffic features first, and then with the guidance of low carbon principle, the author probes into issues such as public transportation, road network, parking facilities and transportation supervision of the transportation planning.

Abstract: It is an environment-friendly transport for high school students go to school and go home by bicycle. It’s easily cause traffic accident and traffic jam owing to the time of high school students go to school and leave school is concentration or the circumstance of traffic flow mixed motor vehicle and bicycle, and the vehicle and bicycle scrambles for roads. This paper takes high school students go to school and leave school by bicycle as objects, studies bicycle traffic conflicts in two-phase intersection and the factors of insecurity, proposes the improvement measures for security. In this paper, taking T-shaped road junction ZaoJunmiaodonglu and Zaojunmiaolu in front of High school Attached to Northern Jiaotong University as example and using empirical analysis method to study.

Abstract: Walkability reflects the overall support for pedestrian travel in an area. As for the walkability survey on Lishan Road, the audit instrument is designed based on the PEDS which put forward by Maryland University. This paper modifies and presents a standardized audit tool for use in Chinese road, of which content is more comprehensive and can be applied to most kinds of roads. Based on the pedestrian environment data of Lishan Road, the Kappa and percent of agreement are calculated to test the reliability of survey results by use of Minitab 14.0. Finally, the outcome is used to assess the safety, amenity, accessibility, aesthetic and convenience of pedestrian environment on Lishan Road.

Abstract: To determine the service distance L in limited rescue time of emergency rescue site, main factors influence the speed of emergency rescue vehicle during the time of highway reconstruction is analyzed, and using multi-level fuzzy evaluation method to obtain comprehensive speed. Based on the considering of arriving accident field in the minimum time first, emergency rescue sites are arranged on black-spot. Then the distance between adjacent emergency rescue sites are compared with service distance L,Amend the possible situation of the spares or dense placement, and take the service facility such us service area and toll station into consideration, then optimize the layout scheme. Finally take the layout of emergency rescue sites of the Jingla Expressway reconstruction project as an example to analyze.

Abstract: With more and more railway stations constructed as well as the development of rail transportation system, the safety of the occupants in railway station has drawn people's attention. This paper adopts FDS+Evac and buildingEXODUS to simulate the evacuation of Hefei south railway station, By comparing the results produced by the two softwares and analyzing the individual characters of the two softwares, we get that the evacuation time of the two simulations produced by the two softwares are very close, while occupants' selection of exits, number of occupants through the same exits and the evacuation routes in the two simulations are different. Besides, buildingEXODUS can save more computation sources and time and is easier and convenient to debug. What's more, the place and the time of the congestion exist in the two simulations are also different.

Abstract: As for the current background that China sets off a new round of urban rail transit development, the paper in-depth analyzes the differences in running characteristics and technical features between urban rail transmission and conventional public transportation, and explores functional coordinated complementary relationship and necessity of integrated planning of urban rail transmission and conventional public transportation. Then, the principles, main contents and safeguard mechanism of coordinated planning of integration of urban rail transit and conventional public transportation can be concluded and summarized in order to provide theoretical support for realizing the efficiency and convenience of urban public transportation system.

Abstract: In recent years, as the rapid development of society and local economy, the urbanization level increases, many city carrying capacity approaching the limit, so the new city district construction become the new growing point of city. In the new city district construction process, the level of road construction mileage most can reference to related standards, but to determine the level of road network structure often lack of scientific and effective way. This paper, based on the transport turnover, supply and demand balance as the basic principle, utilize the balance between the infrastructure of the new urban district in future and transportation demand to establish model to work out a new city road network level structure, not pursue supply capacity absolute terms maximization, but with the actual matching, establish the optimal way level structure.

Abstract: In our country, the number of cars is increasing faster than that of the road, and it becomes harder to satisfy the traffic needs. The traffic congestion has become the bottleneck, which restricts the development of the medium-sized and large cities in the country. In recent years, the traffic conflict in Hangzhou is increasingly prominent with the rapid economic development. In order to solve the traffic problems in Hangzhou, the paper made a deep investigation into Hangzhou’s current traffic status and sums up causes of and measures in solving problems in the traffic of Hangzhou.

Abstract: This paper first studies the real estate prices and and its effecting factors, and point out the construction of urban rail transit effects large on its surrounding real estate prices. Then, the paper clarifies the theoretical basis of its effects, and finally analyzes mechanism that construction of rail transit can make its surrounding real estate value-added. The urban rail transit construction can improve surrounding property accessibility, the residents travel convenient, increasing the intense of land development, changing nature of land use, adjusting industrial layout, accelerating expanded urbanized areas, raising employment opportunities, promoting socio-economic prosperity and development. It provides reference for the reasonable allocation of late-stage value-added benefits, and people can get a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the impact of urban rail transit construction and its surrounding real estate prices.
