Abstract: Evaluation index system of traffic simulation is very important to compare the difference of several cases, which contributes to the advance of traffic simulation models and technologies. Under the concept of low-carbon, the paper establishes evaluation index system of traffic simulation. Firstly, the paper analyzes the requirements of the evaluation index system of traffic simulation from two aspects which are the application characteristics and the application under the concept of low-carbon of traffic simulation models and technologies. On the basis of analysis above, it establishes the evaluation index system of traffic simulation which concludes road network structure index, traffic operation state index, traffic environment index and traffic safety index. It proposes the application rules of evaluation index system. Then, it proposes the two-level combined evaluation method for calculating weights on the basis of comparative analysis about two methods, which are the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and entropy method. Finally, it applies the proposed evaluation system to calculate the comprehensive index values of two transit operation cases of Beijing Olympic Games Opening Ceremony audience evacuation. It is shown that evaluation index system of traffic simulation is practicable and effective.

Abstract: An integrated system is proposed of base station module, key module and tire modules, in order to overcome the independence of tire pressure monitor system, remote keyless entry and immobilization of engine. Tire modules or key module communicate base station module with UHF frequency signal of 434MHZ. The transponder PCF7961 in key module and PJF7992 in base station module authenticate mutually with LF frequency signal of 125KHZ. The result is shown that the system can improve the security and controllability of cars, compress system redundancy, reduce produce costs and optimize the skeleton network.

Abstract: With the rapid growth in the number of the domestic mobile phone users and the widespread use of the third generation (3G) mobile communication technology, mobile payment will become a new means of payment and be gradually accepted. At present, many cities and regions already have a Phone Financial IC card which can provide contact and Non-contact applications of consumer who use the Point of Sales (POS), the phone financial IC card is the SIM card which comply with the financial specifications PBOC2.0, it can provide an individual customer with a debit or credit services and pure e-wallet functions of financial payment. Mobile payment system based on the phone financial IC card will achieve savings, air deposit, inquiries, payments, communications and other functions. On the basis of the project, this paper depicts and analyses the mobile payment system architecture, business functions and key technologies.

Abstract: The traditional mode of the automobile manufacturing enterprise (ECL) integration is reviewed firstly. Relying on distribution center and its information platform and according to the development trend of the automobile manufacturing, a new integration mode——supply chain logistics intensive operation mode is put forward. The process and characteristics of this mode are analyzed; its logical model is established. At the end, this article analyzes the significance of the new mode to the car industry.

Abstract: Short-term traffic flow is difficult to predict accurately and real-time, owing to the characteristics of very complexity, randomness, nonlinearity and uncertainty, etc.. In this paper, the method of combining multiple linear regression with back propagation (BP) neural network was proposed, using BP neural network to compensate the model error of multiple linear regression. The combination model and the corresponding algorithm program was made, and used to pedict the short-term traffic flow. Two different methods of selecting the input layer parameters were used and compared, while the new method has higher accuracy and stability.

Abstract: Train-Ground communication system is mainly used to complete the communication between the train and the ground, the data which is produced by security computer system is vital to safe operation. The paper focus on the reliability and security technologies of embedded computer system and evaluates the reliability of TMR (Triple Modular Redundancy), which is based on the existing research of security computer and aimed on the equipment of CBTC Train-Ground communication system. The technology of CBTC Train-Ground communication is studied and the structure of the TMR for Train-Ground communication system is designed in the paper. Furthermore, the fault - safety circuits, electromagnetic compatibility technology and rail traffic-related safety standards are analyzed. Finally, the Train-Ground infrared communication security transponder system based TMR is applied to Shanghai People's Square Line 8 subway train’s double-door control system.

Abstract: While research focuses on using available traffic data sources to identify and relieve traffic congestion, less work is devoted answering the question of how and where to collect traffic data, so that traffic control systems can perform in an optimal, and cost-efficient manner. In this paper, We present a framework to assess traffic detection systems, by introducing the level of detection as value to allow for an objective comparison of multiple detector placement scenarios. The framework allows the usage of the framework for network operations, as well as planning purposes. By translating traffic operation goals into data demand functions, and detector capabilities, combined with their location, into data supply functions, it is possible to optimize detector locations with well know tools from operations research. The latter one is important, since it allows for including additional boundary conditions, such as costs.

Abstract: Focused on urban traffic flow issue, the dynamic traffic flow forecasting model is established based on the improved particle optimization algorithm and nerve network theory. Taking the macro dynamic traffic flow as the model, the paper analyzes primarily the features of traffic flow by means of stage-distinguishing method, researches the improved particle optimization algorithm and nerve network theory further and establishes the dynamic traffic flow forecasting model. Finally, it utilizes this model to forecast the traffic flow on North Binghe Road in Lanzhou City. All the results demonstrate that this forecasting model is of higher prestige and proper availability.

Abstract: The construction industry is an information-based industry, the progression of which requires the most effective and efficient tools in management, more specifically in managing the information flow between project team members. These tools become essential to a project management team dealing with the complexity and changing needs in the construction industries. Advances in information and communication technologies (ICT), especially mobile phones, offer an alternative way to overcome the limitation on effective collaboration in construction projects. A review of previous research, case studies and also technology reports shows how mobile information technology has the potential to provide improvements in construction communication and information collaboration. This paper discusses the implications of mobile information systems in sustainable project management. The findings show that there is a high potential for improving sustainability projects, the effects on construction resources and the potential impact of improving sustainable project management in construction industries.

Abstract: Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) form when vehicles are equipped with devices capable of short-range wireless communication. Realistic vehicle trace modeling for VANETs simulations is a challenging task, which requires the reliable characterization of vehicular mobility. In this study, three different vehicle scenarios are proposed to analyze the difference between vehicle traces in multi-scenarios: city road, expressway and highway. Common trace modeling tools and characters of the scenarios are explored. Furthermore, three experimental scenarios are established using VanetMobiSim to produce vehicle traces. The experimental results show that the trend of the average speed versus the number of vehicles is different, and the vehicular density distribution demonstrates the realism of vehicle trace under multi-scenarios.
