Arsenic Removal Control System of Water Factory Based on Fuzzy Control

Article Preview

Abstract:

Arsenic is a toxic substance. It will bring detrimental effect to the health, when the arsenic content in water exceeds 10μg /L. For water containing arsenic, we use this control system to remove arsenic to ensure water quality. Arsenic removal in water production is with the characteristics such as time-varying, delay, nonlinear. The system uses a combining control strategy based on fuzzy control and conventional PID control. In the control process, , the precise control and stability can be achieved by online modifying and improving the control rules. The results of experiments show that this method has rapid response, no overshoot and good robustness compared with the traditional controller.
