Abstract: The inertia vibrating screen mechanism is taken as an example for the purpose of finding out the kinetic characteristic conveniently, the solution of mechanism kinetic simulation based on SimMechanics is studied, the simulation physical model is given, and the simulation is carried out after the setting of all simulation parameters. Compared with the others simulation solutions, its most prominent feature of SimMechanics is that it needn’t establish the mechanism kinematical mathematical model and program, it has the advantage of convenient and the visual modeling function, also has the powerful simulation function. it is a powerful and convenient tool in mechanical system’s analysis and simulation.

Abstract: Through the driven disc of automobile clutch damper spring are certain structural improvements, the damping spring stiffness from the original single stage stiffness into three stages stiffness, and with the variations of road condition and load the stiffness change, so as to improve both the ride comfort for passengers and enhancement the car's bearing capacity and reliability.

Abstract: A brief introduction of fluid-structure coupling and its classification were given, then according to the solving characteristics and application conditions of different coupling methods; sequential coupling method is chosen to calculate the stress distribution of a tide power plant tubular turbine. Stress calculations of the tubular turbine were conducted under the maximum water head, the designed water head, the average water head and the minimum water head working conditions in ANSYS Workbench. The research shows that in all of the four calculated working conditions, the maximum equivalent stress of the runner is located at the connection between the blades and the hub where stress concentration is obvious; the maximum deformation of the runner lies in the outer edge of the blades and the deformation increases from the root to the outer edge; the maximum equivalent stress of the guide vane is located at the root and the maximum deformation lies in the outer edge. The maximum value of maximum equivalent stress of the runner and the guide vane occurs on the maximum water head working condition, whereas it is far less than the material yield limit, which means that static stress will not lead to the cracks of the blade or the guide vane. But it is still necessary to avoid stress concentration appearing periodically in case it causes fatigue failure.

Abstract: This paper analyses the stress and the displacement with multiple loads by the structure of the linear static. Use the static solver provided by UG NX Nastran; get the parameters of the stress and the displacement of the component with some kinds of loads. Not only get the result for each subcase, but also for any subcase in the combined quickly. It provides facilitation for comparison and analysis of each subcase and the combined case on some calculation results.

Abstract: Abstract: In order to assess the safety of the explosive anti-riots munition, proceeding with the pellet fragment’s force condition was analysed in the flying process, the trajectory model of the pellet fragment for the explosive anti-riots munition was deduced, the trajectory curve of the pellet fragment were calculated and analyzed also. The results show that the air resistance and the gravitation have a significant impact on the movement of the pellet fragments, and the former is more obvious than the latter.

Abstract: The advanced precision of drag coefficient is 0.0001 for the high speed wind tunnel test of measuring forces, the model’s angle of attack precision is ≤0.01°following errors distribution. A videogrammetric method of model’s attitude is therefore proposed, its uncertainty is investigated, and a compensation method of its systematic error is also presented by this paper. The three engineering videogrammetric experiments of attack angle in 2 meter supersonic wind tunnel testing have demonstrated that measuring standard deviation of videogrammetric measurement system established by this paper is ≤0.0094°, in addition it neither destroys the model’s shape, nor changes the stiffness or strength, so it is useful and effective.

Abstract: The application of Spiroid gears to rotary tillers is proposed. The research on the design and manufacturing of the transmission of rotary tillers is developed. The work hopes to be a good practice for better load capacity, mechanical performance and wear resistance of rotary tillers.

Abstract: The problem of the foundation design of the reciprocation compressor with four cylinders is investigated. Some useful terms are retained, which include possible vibration modes, fatigue failures, environmental demands etc. The selection foundations are typical and commonly used in many industry plants. Cross references have been made to other parts of the paper at each design step in order to illustrate the utilization of previously derived formulae.

Abstract: In this study, the gear shifting control strategy for pure electric vehicle with inverse automated manual transmission (I-AMT) is proposed. Based on a new drive train system of pure electric vehicle, an AMESim model of vehicle drive-train system is set up. Through the precise control of sliding sleeve, clutch engagement and separating time, gear shifting process is realized without driving torque interruption. The results show that, during up and down shift process, the driving torque keeps more than 50%, obviously improve the pure electric vehicle accelerating performance and the ability to climb.

Abstract: The integrated transfer matrix method is brought forward on the basis of transfer matrix method and integrated transfer matrix theory is applied to the analysis on the dynamic characteristics of the main shaft for TM electronic jacquard machine. Through analysis on the dynamic model of the main shaft, the critical speed and the vibrating model of the main shaft for the high-speed electronic jacquard machine are derived theoretically and calculated and the first several order natural frequencies and the corresponding main vibration models of the main shaft are found. It is shown from the comparative analysis of the calculation results that the integrated transfer matrix method with higher computation accuracy can keep the characteristics of transfer matrix method such as simple programming, small computation amount and fast operation speed. This analysis and calculation method has higher reference value to the design of the main shaft of other types of jacquard machine and the dynamic analysis of similar complex rotor system.
