Evaluating Operational Effectiveness of Air and Missile Defense Warhead Based on LMBP Neural Network

Abstract:

The air and missile defense warhead is the final unit of destroying target. The evaluation index of warhead is referred to what its combat mission is to achieve the desired target degree in the prescribed conditions and time. It’s also the main index with performance of the air and missile defense. According to the characters of air and missile defense warhead, the evaluation index system of warhead is given. The effect function is introduced to quantitate the evaluation index, and the function equation is given to fit the air and missile defense warhead. On this foundation, the evaluation model of operational effectiveness based on LMBP neural network is presented, then it is validated that the model has a higher value by an example.
