Abstract: Simulation is a better method than traditional analytic mathematics method for the analysis and description of complex logistics system, which can preview the result of decision and simulate the system operation process. But a accurate model is the foundation of it. All analytical studies of the system are based on the model. Unfortunately, it is an unsolved problem that how to evaluate and verify a model quality. The article add the mathematics analysis of model in modeling by object-oriented theory. It studies the conversion rules among the UML, OOPN and eM-Plant model. At last, a relative case is included to verify the feasibility.

Abstract: After attempts on applying the speech recognition system to radiology information system (RIS), we focus on the implementation of introducing adaptation technology to the system. To be consistent with the practical application of RIS, we intend to solve the problems on how to adapt and add new content related to the RIS report to the old model. This paper describes an acoustic model-based speaker and content adaptation scheme using a synthetic method which introduces a simplified maximum likelihood linear regression (MLLR) module to the incremental maximum a posteriori (MAP) processing. We designed and tested a procedure using our own adaptation data collected from hospital diagnostic reports. Finally, the efficiency of this method is supported by experimental results.

Abstract: Based on the minimal CMOS image sensor OV6920, a magnetic controlled wireless capsule endoscopy has been designed in principles of micromation and low power consumption. The peripheral circuit of OV6920 is designed. With optical design, the power consumption of transmitting circuit is cut down according to the relationships between the resistance in series and the voltage, current, and transmitting power consumption. The total size of the system is only φ13×29mm, and the power consumption is about 100mW when all modules are connected altogether. The clear captured images in the imaging experiments prove the system design is feasible.

Abstract: The hippocampal CA1 pyramid neuron has plenty of discharge actions. In the thesis, the dynamic characteristics of the hippocampal neuron model are analyzed and discussed by the neurodynamic theory and methods. Under a certain amplitude currents stimulation, the change of (the maximum conductance of the transient sodium channel) and (the maximum conductance of the delay rectification potassium channel) can cause different dynamic characteristics of the neuron model. The transient Na+ current () caused by is indispensable in the discharges formation process of the model. The model can generate the discharge process only when reaches a certain threshold. In the discharge process of the neuron model,s changing affects little and the ISIs approximate to a straight line. The delay rectification K+ current () caused by isnt indispensable in the discharges formation process of the model. Buts changing affects much in the discharge process of the neuron model. Withs changing, the neuron model undergoes different dynamic bifurcation process, and has plenty of discharge patterns such as the chaos, period, and so on. This investigation is helpful to know and investigate deeply the dynamic characteristics and the bifurcation mechanism of the hippocampal neuron; and it provides a certain theory assist to investigate the neural diseases such as the Alzheimer disease by neurodynamics.

Abstract: Endotoxins are ubiquitous in the environment and represent important pathogenic molecules. In this paper, we present a sensitive and reliable method for quantitation and detection of endotoxin based on piezoelectric biosensors, which monitor the gel formation (causing viscosity change) when Limulus Amoebocyte Lysate (LAL) mixed with endotoxin. The resonance frequency shifts of the sensors in contact with different concentration endotoxin were recorded as a function of time. Results showed that there has good relationship between the logarithmic concentration of endotoxin and the maximum clotting rate as well as the corresponding clotting time. The detection limits could be gone down to 0.1pg/ml and the time-consuming is about 1 hour using this system. By comparison of the traditional methods (rabbit pyrogen test and LAL test) for detection of endotoxin, the proposed sensor is much simpler, more precise and lower detection limits.

Abstract: Using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method, we make a dosimetry study on the specific absorption rate (SAR) in cells exposed to 1800 MHz standing waves produced by the transverse electromagnetic (TEM) chamber. Two types of cultured cells are used, namely, the cell layer and the cell suspension. Based on the calculated SAR distribution, the exposure is characterized by the SAR intensity and homogeneity. We consider different exposure arrangements as the combination of the maximum fields of the standing wave and the polarizations of the Petri dish. The maximum E field and maximum H field are used in turn in the exposure volume, where the Petri dish is polarized in the E, H, k and k directions, respectively. The best exposure arrangements are determined by measuring the intensity and homogeneity of the SAR distribution in cells. For a tight control of the thermal environment, the temperature rise in the cell culture induced by the exposure is calculated by using the finite-difference formulation of the bio-heat conduction equation. The linear relation between the maximum temperature rise and the absorbed power is determined to quantify the exposure power for the temperature control.

Abstract: Aiming at drawbacks existing in SCM test chambers, people have developed a SCM experimental system featuring simple circuit, low price and practical. Based on necessity and principles of SCM experiment teaching reform, people have designed the overall structure of experimental platform, and elaborated design solutions of system hardware and software. Adopting the pattern of combining listening, watching, doing, thinking and practicing, utilizing hands and brains together as well as letting teachers and students interactive, the development platform has aroused students interest for study, attained obvious teaching results, and also satisfied the actual demand of experimental field for flexible choosing.

Abstract: In China, finding a vacant parking space in a congested area or a large parking lot is always time consuming and frustrating. To minimize hassle and inconvenience to the automatic drivers, this paper proposed a novel smart parking system which consists of many parking sensor nodes and one parking gateway in one large parking lot. Parking sensor node is used as vehicle occupancy detector and parking gateway is used as parking lot manager. All parking sensor nodes compose wireless sensor networks with Zigbee transmission protocol. With the GPRS/3G transmission function of parking gateway, large parking lot can provide friendly parking information to the running vehicles and subscribed users. In a word, the proposed novel smart parking system is provided with innovative and practicability.

Abstract: Satellite multicast service expands the application of wideband multimedia satellite. Scheduling plays an important role to guarantee Quality of Service (QoS) for wideband multimedia multicast services. In this paper, considering various properties of QoS requirements of latency, throughput and priority, a PWBA multicast scheduling algorithm is proposed to balance trade-off between throughput and latency in order to providing better multimedia services in satellite networks. Comparing with the WBA and PGMF multicast scheduling policies, the proposed PWBA has better performances in both latency and throughput.

Abstract: Trellis coded (TCM) modulation can obtain the coding gain without increase the transmission power and the bandwidth but it can not obtain diversity gain, and space-time block code (STBC) can provide diversity gain in a simple encoding and decoding way, though its coding gain is not very satisfied. This article will achieve a STBC-class networking trellis coded modulation scheme based on FPGA to further study the performance of the concatenated code.
