Abstract: The drawback of the current voice communication for coal mine is that only the wired scheduling telephone or a small flexible phone for mine is used for voice contact. According to the existing coal mine environment monitoring systems, a more secure coal mine monitoring system with emergency voice communication is designed based on wireless sensor network (WSN). By introducing voice module which achieves voice, the sensor nodes and sink nodes of the monitor system are redeveloped on the Imote2 and Stargate platforms respectively. This system gives consideration to the real-time of environment data monitor and voice communication reliability in coal mine, and the key technologies of hardware design and software of sensor nodes with voice and their tasks scheduler algorithm with priority are given. This system conquers the defect of wired networks and avoids the high-energy cost of other wireless technology. The experiment results show that the designed system is simple, reliable, and economic and has a great application prospect for coal mine.

Abstract: Government price control departments must supervise charges of medical services (CMS) and judge whether hospital charges violate the rules. At present, it is still manual operation to supervise CMS. There are heterogeneous data formats and nonstandard name record if we supervise CMS by using the computer. And it is unable to satisfy the customers frequently changeable request and so on. In view of this, the article proposed a solution of hospital price checking system, which adopts component-based way during design process and combines the computer supervise with the artificial auxiliary determination to remedy the defect of machine determination inaccurate. Finally in the movement process the system can react rapidly. The match precision was high, and the processing speed is quick and so on.

Abstract: The term fossilization first appeared almost 40 years ago. But the previous studies remains to be lack of the overall scientific and systematic evaluation on fossilization. This study intends to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation model on fossilization more completely, systematically, scientifically and practically, based on the theory of fuzzy sets and fossilization theory. Firstly, a seminar is held with Chinas 90 college English teachers to evaluate the importance of each index. Then, the quantified evaluation model based on the fuzzy sets is constructed and developed to test the Chinas EFL Learners Interlanguage Fossilization and the scores of evaluation on fossilization are calculated and the tests of speaking and writing have been administered. In order to test the effectiveness of the evaluation model, the study investigated 370 college students Chinas EFL Learners Interlanguage Fossilization in China. With the test results, the correlation coefficient has been done among them. There is a strong relationship among Chinas EFL Learners Interlanguage Fossilization, their speaking and writing. The findings of the study demonstrate that the evaluation model is highly applicable and valuable.

Abstract: Taking into account the different response speed of each part of the unmanned helicopter(UMH), established a two-timescale nonlinear model which contained the flapping and rotational dynamics. To overcome the problem that a number of terms cant be accounted in the state-dependent Riccati equation (SDRE) design, we employed a nonlinear feedforward compensator that is designed to match the vehicle response to the model used in the SDRE design. We improved SDRE technique and set up a control algorithm can guarantee the global asymptotic stability of the system. Proof was given. Numerical simulation results were listed to illustrate effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: Frequent itemsets mining is an important data mining task and a focused theme in data mining research. Apriori algorithm is one of the most important algorithm of mining frequent itemsets. However, the Apriori algorithm scans the database too many times, so its efficiency is relatively low. The paper has therefore conducted a research on the mining frequent itemsets algorithm based on a across linker. Through comparing with the classical algorithm, the improved algorithm has obvious advantages.

Abstract: Fractal model is applicable to describe the complex shapes of nature. Self-similarity is the basic feature of fractal. Anomaly detection of network traffic is the key to security and reliability of network. In this paper, a new algorithm for anomaly detection of network traffic based on fractal technology is proposed. It can achieve higher precision with less space and time complexity. Theoretical analysis and experiments show that the method can discover the abnormal network traffic accurately and efficiently.

Abstract: The notion of deniable authentication is introduced by Dwork et al., deniable authentication protocols allow a sender to authenticate a message for receiver, in a way that the receiver cannot convince a third party that such authentication ever took place. Raimondo et al. present authentication protocol λProj and deniable version Den-λProj by adding challenge-response mechanism. In this paper we prove the protocol λProj without challenge-response is deniable against malicious verifier under subset witness assumption.

Abstract: The skipping frame algorithm in TMN8 rate control only depending on buffer state regardless of image characteristic, may skip important frames with large motion and, as a result, video quality seriously reduced. An adaptive skipping frame algorithm is proposed for low-bit rate real-time video encoding. The occurrence of frame skipping is jointly dependent on the temporal and spatial contents of the video, and achieves a balanced spatial and temporal quality to enhance the overall perceptual quality. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve the better subjective and objective video quality than TMN8s algorithm, without introducing any computation complexity.

Abstract: The establishment of DC motor system model is an important part of its control system analysis, this paper introduces the traditional method of modeling and the application of parameter self-tuning fuzzy logic PID control in the simulation and experimental research of variable speed control system for DC electric motor. In MATLAB / SMULINK simulation environment, high robustness and precision are obtained. The simulation results show that fuzzy logic PID control strategy has better performances than traditional controllers.

Abstract: In this paper, main software module in the subject The Bus Dispatching Optimal Control System Based on Real-time Data Acquisition has been designed. By gradually changing the departure time interval, the system uses SCM to simulate the system running status in various time periods so as to determine the optimal departure time interval, and has established the integrated and optimal scheduling model through the research and development of four functions i.e. data acquisition, remote network monitoring, C/S/S architecture, network access. This article will focus on the design of the main module of software part in the system.
