Abstract: The study object is wheat. Through the observation and analysis on the morphological structure of wheat plant, the concepts of microstate, substrate and microstate are put forward, the wheat growth mechanism model is established, and thus the description and control of wheat morphogenesis process could be realized. Based on the branch structure characteristics of plant, the wheat morphological data model based on axis structure is proposed to realize the structural storage of plant topological structure and organ morphological feature data. On this basis, based on the thought of "growth model - morphological feature model - geometric modeling - display model", the technical framework of wheat form visualization is established and on the VC++ platform, the virtual wheat growth system is built with OpenGL. The running result of the system shows that wheat morphological feature can be well simulated with the system to realize the virtual display of the growth process in the individual growth period of wheat.

Abstract: The main influential factor of biomass accumulations between male and female Populus cathayana seedlings was investigated from the point of factor analysis under drought stress. The results shows that biomass accumulations of seedlings under drought stress are mainly associated with stem dry mass (SDM), root dry mass (RDM), height growth (HG), basal diameter (BD), total leaf number (TLN) and other morphologic changes, and have little relation with intrinsic water use efficiency (WUE). There is sex differences in the mode of biomass accumulation between male and female plants. Biomass accumulation in female plants depends on morphologic changes, followed by hormonal regulation, and finally physiological progress. However, biomass accumulation in male plants depends on morphologic changes, followed by physiological progress, and finally hormonal regulation. Moreover, biomass accumulation in female plants on the morphologic aspects mainly depends on SDM, while is not relevant to TLN. However, male plants mainly depend on SDM, and have relationship with TLN. In sum, our study demonstrates that biomass accumulations in male and female P. cathayana seedlings under drought stress have different strategies.

Abstract: The objective of this study was to estimate the carbon storage of forest areas by using airborne light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data. Digital canopy height model (CHM) which generated from point cloud data was combined with accurate geo-referenced true color orthophoto image to produce parameter information of trees (height, canopy diameter, DBH data) in test area by marker controlled watershed segmentation algorithm. The total carbon storage of experimental site could be calculated by adopting binary tree volume table and semi-empirical inversion means. This study suggested that the carbon storage of forest areas can be effectively estimated by using LiDAR data, which will play an important role in forest data updating and process of forget sustainable development.

Abstract: Based on machine version and laser image analysis, the lasers with wavelength of 980 nm, 938 nm, and 780 nm were used to detect the water and soluble solids content (SSC) of honey samples. In the course of the experiment, an image acquisition platform was designed to collect the images formed on the surface of each honey sample, and the image processing software was used to extract the images feature parameters. The results showed that the models based on mean value of intensities had the r value of 0.4268 for water and 0.3882 for SSC, the model based on the frequency of intensities had the r value of 0.6465 for water and 0.6226 for SSC, the model of the frequency of intensities had the r value of 0.7061 for water and 0.7083 for SSC after correction, which demonstrated that the laser image technology had potential to detect the quality of honey.

Based on GIS and MATLAB Technology Forecast the Dynamic Variation of the Groundwater in Minqin Oasis
Abstract: This paper carried out interpolation processing to the groundwater hydrology data of Minqin oasis from 2000 to 2009, via ArcGIS software. Analyzed the result, it was concluded that the distribution rule about spatio-temporal distribution and change of the groundwater depth and mineralization. Using MATLAB the program language, the grey forecasting model was well fitted compared to the time series forecasting model. For the next five years, the groundwater depth and mineralization changes were forecasted, and the author put forward some concrete proposals.
