Abstract: An automatic bio-monitoring system was developed for exploring the life history of insect (Callosobruchus maculates) inhabiting in beans. Callosobruchus maculatus only feeds before exclusion and the demand for food is different in every life stage. The feeding process cracks bean texture fibers and produces feeble ultrasound. Hence the life history of an inhabitant can be explored through spying the feeding cracks. The developed ultrasonic monitoring system consists of a delicate electronic signal-conditioning module, which amplifies, filters, and transforms a biting crack into a square pulse. A computer equipped with software developed in house acquires biting pulses and displays the life history on line. Acquired data are stored for subsequently off-line analysis. The system has been successfully applied to exploration of the life histories of Callosobruchus maculatus inhabiting in Azuki beans and mung beans.

Abstract: Disassembly process model plays an important role in the generation of disassembly sequences and evaluation of disassembly process.Based on the concept of adjacency matrix and disassembly precedence matrix, combined with the related definitions of constraint nodes, such as, actual constraint node etc. A new disassembly network graph model is introduced, which can express the constrain information between parts, the priority of the constraints and and/or logical relationship between parts. In addition, according to the storage type and VC tool, its automatic generation model is obtained.

Abstract: This paper presents an investigation into the modeling and analysis of an innovative actuation system for a wing with a seamless flexible trailing edge control surface. Research was started with the study of aerodynamic behavior and advantage of the wing in smooth variable chamber shape under control. Based on the concept and design, an experimental wing section integrated with the actuation mechanism was built and tested. The main effort was then made to the modeling of the internal actuation system for the purpose of obtaining the physical properties and accurate modeling of the whole wing structural system. To validate and update the numerical model of the system, vibration test of the actuation system including the mechanism and actuator was carried out. Some key parameters such as the stiffness of the actuation system were identified from vibration test data. The investigation demonstrated a practical approach to quantify some key parameters and update the numerical model of an actuation system.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics of marine power station. The mathematical model and simulation model of synchronous generators AVR+PSS excitation control system was built. At last the simulation test of suddenly add load was did in MATLAB/simulink environment. The result shows that the excitation control system has well stability, rapidity and some robustness.

Abstract: This paper proposes an approach of Family-Embedded-Health-Care-System base on ARM core processor, mainly for the elderly in a community, but also applys to all residents in the community. The system consists of households composed of client and community health posts. Be connected via Internet or GPRS, it is very practical. To meet the daily needs of health monitoring, and also facilitate community health care workers to grasp the residents health status in the community instantly, so they can service better for the residents. When it is necessary, the physician could accessed the communitys computer serve system through Internet to got a patients daily health record as a diagnostic aid information. This system provided a route for remote medical services came into the ordinary families.

Abstract: TFRC protocol is very suitable for video transmission, while quality assessment is also essential in video transmission system. In this paper a real-time video transmission system based on TFRC protocol is proposed, and an evaluation model about the system is improved in the framework of Evalid. It assesses the quality and efficiency of the video transmission according to the actual video file, and analyzes losses frame in different video types during transmission as well as the picture quality in receiver. The results of simulation experiment in NS-2 show that when real-time video transmitted in complex network environment using this system, the receiver can get satisfactory video quality by reason of the TFRC protocol friendliness and the smoothness of sending rate.

Abstract: According to the characteristic of GPS system fo intelligent garment, this paper presents a strategy of GPS data processing by removing redundant information and shifting the combination codes. Its compressed result is analyzed by comparing with direct data compression and Huffman coding. The above-mentioned strategy takes into account both the speed and the effect of the compression, and has a good performance in the compression rate. The non-destructive GPS data processing method has a positive and practical significance in the intelligent garment for efficient monitoring.

Abstract: In the last years, the deployment of embedded real-time communication systems has increased dramatically. At the same time, the amount of data that needs to be managed by embedded real-time main memory databases is increasing, thus requiring an efficient data management. However, system crash will cause data loss in main memory, which will seriously affect the normal operation of the entire communication system. This paper introduces an algorithm of system crash recovery applied in main memory database of embedded real-time communication system. This paper expatiates the software architecture of SDR base station, the cause of crash occurring, and proposes the flash recovery algorithm using for system recovery. A main memory database using this algorithm has been applied in a real communication systemmultimode SDR base station communication system.

Abstract: In this paper, a codeless data acquisition software development platform (CDASDP), which is written by LabWindows/CVI, is described. This software, based on the idea of software reusing, is a visual codeless programming system with built in support for databases, 2D drawings, ActiveX, etc. Users can develop personalized software by themselves and need not learning or using textural computer languages. Complex programming logic can be simplified into 3 steps such as parameters configuration, user-interface edition, and software creation. By use of CDASDP, development cycle and cost of professional measurement software (PMS) is reduced substantially.
