Abstract: An index system for the assessment of university logistic guarantee is built. By the combination of analytic method, based on hiberarchy and gray theory as well as all sorts of the facts of university logistic guarantee in battle, a model of assessment of university logistic guarantee is established. By the test, the model is valid.

Abstract: Aiming at the character of complexity and uncertainty on equipment maintenance support system, a method named equipment maintenance support simulation experiment was brought forward to study maintenance support problem based on exploratory analysis, which was applied to support decision-making about uncertain support scheme alternatives. The main characteristics of EMSSE were analyzed in detail, and the working flow was designed. Finally, in an example about warship maintenance support system simulation model which was set up, the optimal scheme of various storehouse inventory distributions for spare part was gotten. The optimization result was consistent with the basic principle under the three-echelon maintenance support pattern, and validates that EMSSE is feasible and reasonable to supply uncertain decision assistance for equipment support.

Abstract: Work system safety is a function of many factors, besides it is dynamic and complex. There may be relations and dependencies among the safety factors. Therefore, work system safety should be analyzed in a holistic manner. In this study, the accidents data analysis is used to identify the links among the factors; the relationship analysis of the independence between the behavioral factors has been performed in order to find the non-independent factors. Among the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS), the impact of the high-level factors on the bottom level is determined. After a period of monitoring and rectification, it implements a new round of safety monitoring and factors comparison and interaction analysis, so to achieve the goal of “the nature of safety” of hydropower projects construction.

Abstract: This paper presents a software service ecosystem modeling framework. The framework includes resource model, actor model and standard model. The meta model of each model is described and a UML-based software service ecosystem modeling language is proposed. A case study is presented to show the practicality of the proposed framework. Finally we conclude by highlighting the research areas that in our opinion are worth for future investigation.

Abstract: As to the fact that the common model of repair does not suit for the immemorial exponential unit, it first proposes the general repair model based on the Repair Degree. This model can describe the repair effect of the exponential unit exactly. Then it studies the classical estimation method of the parameters for the Repair Degree as well as the Failure Rate in the condition of general repair, that’s Moment Estimation and Maximum Likelihood Estimation. On this foundation, it compares the two methods by large amount of simulative data. Further, it figures out the estimation value of the Failure Rate on the assumption of ‘As Good As new after repair’. There exists apparent difference from the exact value. So it shows that the assumption of ‘As Good As new after repair’ is not appropriate.

Abstract: With time as the independent variable to model the dynamic system is beneficial for system analysis, and also can provide guidance forecast for the changes of system future. The methods are the basic GEP algorithm based on time series model to predict, this article will give GEP algorithm hybrid model to predict the time series method.

Abstract: Based on the basic knowledge of ontology and protégé, and the deficiency of semantic expression in the IEC61850 and IEC61970 Standard, this paper puts forward a mapping method from SCL to CIM, adopting Web Ontology Language OWL to build the semantic information model of SCL and CIM of substation knowledge ontology. In substation model, this mapping method could solve the problem of information sharing and interoperation between digitized substation and dispatch master station, and lay a foundation for further research on fusion of the two standards.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the mixed traffic evacuation in china, this paper presents the behavior characteristics and inherent laws of the mixed traffic evacuation, designs the quantification model of evacuation behaviors and utility index of mixed traffic evacuation. By improving the Critical Cluster Model (CCM), three types of sub-emergency planning zones (sub-EPZ) were presented, and the quantification expression and visualization of mixed traffic Emergency Evacuation were realized based on GIS. Through the analysis of emergency evacuation intent, this paper expands the theory of critical cluster model to solve the theoretical and technical problems, which provides a support for the scientific and reasonable emergency evacuation decision-making. This case study demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved model from this study.

Abstract: we propose an effective approach for fine-grained RBAC model by using AOP. The proposed approach can effectively accomplish the general role-based access control functions among enterprise application systems. This approach focuses on the fine-grained access control and is implemented by using interceptor technique of Java Struts2. We also present the related architecture and applied system (Project Management Platform of DUT Infrastructure Construction) for a verification of this proposed approach.
