Abstract: One of important method of equipment support concept evaluation is distributed simulation technology. In the simulation federation development based on HLA/RTI,how to simplify the process of creating federate is an urgent job. This paper proposes an equipment support simulation federate automatically generating framework in order to solve equipment support concept evaluation on diverse level concept. It can be divided into six parts that is federate definition tools, federate interaction modeling tools, federate deploy modeling tools, FED document automated create tools, federate time management tools and EXE document automated create tools. Equipment support simulation federate automatically generating framework can reduce the workload of simulation system exploitation based on HLA by separating high lever service from bottom detail. The application of joint operations equipment support concept evaluation is illustrated. It testify the available and feasible of equipment support simulation federate automatically generating framework.

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of local properties of the non-stationary signals, a noval feature extraction approach based on the local energy in joint time-frequency analysis is proposed. The concept of local energy in joint time- frequency analysis based on local wave analysis was used to measure the signal energy in time-frequency space of the signal. Firstly, analyze the signal with local wave method and then make Hilbert transformation of it. Then partition several areas in time frequency space and compute its local energy. From the expression of local wave time-frequency distributing, not only total energy of signal can be computed but also local energy in time-frequency space. Simulation research indicates that the developed approach was effective.

Abstract: China is a country prone to natural disasters, especially the flood disaster. In order to improve the villages and towns flood emergency management, through a series of methods such as information management and simulation, the establishment of emergency decision support using information technology to reduce losses caused by floods, the visualization technology is used in the virtual reconstruction model of floods, intuitive way to simulate the dynamic spread of the process of the flood disaster, in a safe and economical method to obtain the number of indicators of disaster-related decision. It provides a new method and ideas, and then it gives a reliable basis for the flood prevention and emergency management. The visualization analysis and decision is achieved for the villages and towns flood control, and it provides great support for the villages and towns flood mitigation and prevention. The result shows that the system is useful and meaningful in the town flood mitigation.

Abstract: Regional wind power forecasting deals with the prediction of the aggregated power output of wind farms located within a defined region. By architecture, regional forecasting models are classed by three approaches. In these approaches, the cascaded approach is a most practical method although the method has a larger prediction error. This paper provides a systematic review of all these regional forecasting approaches and ultimately proposes an advanced cascaded method to improve forecasting precision. The method use root mean square error as evaluation criteria to adjust every prediction of signal wind farm in a region. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the advanced cascaded method.

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss the SIVS epidemic models with vertical transmission and nonlinear incidence rate. We study the stability properties of pulse vaccination strategy in the models and obtain the sufficient condition for which the epidemic elimination solution is globally asymptotically stable.

Abstract: Application of Schematic Protection Model (SPM) on workflow access control is studied. Fine grained access control properties of SPM made it feasible to express workflow security policies. SPM link predicate semantics is extended in the workflow context. Link predicate between workflow activities is applied to constrain the take grant enforcement. License access control in the workflow is also modeled by SPM Inner control ticket.

Abstract: In this paper, the author analysized the internet evolution of public opinion and thought it was suitable for simulating network evolution in public opinion by using cellular automata model. At the same time, it was discussed for the application of cellular automata simulation model of internet evolution of public opinion. In the end, the author gave some conclusions.

Abstract: Considering the problems in determining the initial value of the non-equidistant new information GM(1,1) model, the author analyzed its modeling mechanism to find out the causes of the problem. A new method for initiating value for the model is proposed to minimize the quadratic sum of the fitting error, and a initiating formula is deduced. The model with the proposed formula enjoys a high precision and adaptability, and its practicability and reliability have been validated by examples.

Abstract: A new version of Taboo Search (TS), namely, Immunity Taboo Search (ITS) is first introduced and tried to optimize the parameters of BOD water quality model. Here, Taboo Search was improved by Immune Arithmetic (IEA). Parameters of BOD water quality model were optimized by ITS, the performance is compared with other method. Results show that ITS plays an important role in solving global optimization problem, and demonstrate the effectiveness and higher accuracy than other methods.

Abstract: This paper focuses on a car-following model which involves the effects of traffic interruption probability. The stability condition of the model is obtained through the linear stability analysis. The time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau (TDGL) equation is derived by the reductive perturbation method. In addition, the coexisting curve and the spinodal line are obtained by the first and second derivatives of the thermodynamic potential. The analytical results show that the traffic interruption probability indeed has an influence on driving behaviour.
