Abstract: In order to assess the comprehensive quality of Jeep front-flank bracket rationally and effectively, use K means cluster method to analyze the cluster of condition attribute data, data separated into categories will be discretizated into integer according to the characteristics of the data distribution. In order to reduce the workload of detection and avoid the interference of complex data, use rough set toolbox to reduce attributes and get core data. In order to guarantee the result correct and avoid local optimal solution, the Genetic algorithm that can realize the parallel search is used to seek the optimal solution interval, the Simplex search optimization method is used to determine the optimal solution. In order to reflect the quality holographicly, use weibull distribution that has a wide applicability to calculate the similarity, that this process use the Adaptive integration method and Cubic spline interpolation to eliminate the accumulation error and guarantee the accuracy of calculation results. The method proposed in this paper can reduce the workload of measurement and calculation, save effectively time, improve the testing efficiency, in theory and practice, this paper realize the beneficial exploration around the comprehensive quality assessment of Jeep front-flank bracket.

Abstract: Neurons are highly interconnected with each other and are communicating via sending and receiving electrochemical signals, thus composing sophisticated network of interconnected and communicating neurons. This paper discuss the structure of the neural network function approximator and the time series forecasting with neural network, the results could help us to obtain the optimal solutions to higher complexity of the problem.

Abstract: The paper gives the process of building the model of the Traffic Testing Field’s stationary scene which includes the acquisition and modifying of the texture, the building of the model and testing simulation. In the process, the model builder uses Geometry tool, Face tool, billboard tool and so on to build the model. Through testing and simulating, the model turns out to be a perfect simulation.

Abstract: Due to the characteristics of long period and complicated project, in order to display and manage the airport project in a comprehensive and visual way, it is imperative to establish an application system in 3D airport simulation in advance. This system is just based on this theory and developed by adopting 3DS MAX and Sketchup modeling tool and utilizing OpenGL 3D engine based on the development language Visual C++. The system realizes 3D informationized display and management of airport. The system is testified in necessity and intuitionism through practical examples.

Abstract: The compensation benefits distribution weights model of cascade hydropower stations has been proposed. The method of compensation weights calculation has been discussed. The subjective weights in the station indexes are calculated by analytic hierarchy process and the objective weights by variance coefficient and the combination weights by Topsis. The calculation results will be evaluated. The increased benefits of the system will be distributed by the objective weights. The enthusiasm for electric energy production of each station will be increased because they can receive compensations from the whole increased benefits.

Abstract: With the scale of the simulation system is being bigger and bigger, and the complex is being higher and higher, the research on credibility evaluation becomes the hotspot in the modeling and simulation field. This paper is established in resolving the credibility evaluation of large-scale complex simulation system, on the basis of analysis of the characteristic of credibility evaluation of the complex system, it proposes a dynamic method for the credibility evaluation work from the standpoint of the engineering application, and validated by the following instance, it turns up to be effective for the guidance of the credibility evaluation.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an analysis for an queue with balking and state-dependent service. By using the block matrix solution, we first deduce the matrix form iterative formula of the steady-state probability. We also derive some performance measures of the system. Based on these performance analyses, we develop a cost model to determine numerically the system’s optimal cost and critical value. Finally, we perform a sensitivity analysis through numerical experiments.

Abstract: Similarity relation has been studied on the basis of similarity theory in . Galongla tunnel shaking table model test The model test similarity criterion is deduced by equation analysis and dimensional analysis. The geometric conditions, boundary conditions, loads and materials are correctly simulated in the table test. Comparison has been finished from the curve of acceleration-time, spectrum feature, coefficient of acceleration and failure. The results from the tests coincide highly with theory values. The phenomena of failure and location also agree well. It shows that it is reasonable for the simulation relation.

Abstract: At present, many researchers doubt the suitability of pattern painting effect under current reconnaissance conditions. This is mainly owing to expensive expenses of aero photography. The paper probes into and utilizes the visual scene of three-dimension to simulate the aero photography, and carries on the simulation detection research of optical camouflage effect, then carries on the optimum seeking and optimization to the simulated pattern painting designed in the paper.

Abstract: Rational theory of finite virtual soldiers on the concept of bounded rationality, bounded rationality theory analysis of the added features of the virtual soldiers, given the limited rationality based on the overall framework of the virtual soldiers, using the model framework to make the virtual real soldiers, soldiers with similar perception, decision making and exercise capacity, for the subsequent implementation of the modules laid the foundation framework.
