Abstract: The aluminized 8407 steel was room temperature hard anodized for 60 min at sulfosalicylic acid concentration of 50 g/L, and current density of 2.5 A/dm2. Cross section microstructure of the oxide film and the combination status between the film and the substrate were observed with metallographic microscope. Surface morphology of the film was observed by SEM. Phase composition of the film was examined with XRD. The melting-loss properties of specimens with aluminization and oxidation treatment and without treatment in liquid aluminum alloy of ADC12 under rotation condition were evaluated by weight loss method. Sample surface conditions were observed by digital camera and microstructures of sample cross sections were observed by metallographic microscope after melting-loss test. Finally, the anti-melting-loss mechanism of oxide film under dynamic condition was clarified. The results show that the formed Fe3O4·Al2O3 film can improve dynamic melting-loss resistance due to isolating steel substrate from liquid aluminum.

Abstract: ITO transparent film was deposited on glass substrates by RF-magnetron sputtering equipment as electrode, routing material and the photolithography process was studied. The results shown that the ITO based transparent electrode routing needs larger dose energy than that Mo based substrate when the PR processes were all identical. The photo resist cannot be exposed thoroughly where the length/width ratio of gap between routing serried lines lager than 80 as the typical Mo based exposure process. The width of gap reached to 8.7um which was the limit of exposure machine of transparent film after the 2000um-length, 4um-width gap was exposed thoroughly. It should be attention of the routing gap design for electrical characters in transparent flat panel display.

Abstract: Magnesium nitrate was used as additive for synthesis of Mg(OH)2 (MH) nanoparticles at low temperature (70°C). Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles have platelet-like structure and approximately 40-60nm in thicknesses. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were applied to characterize the crystal phase. The supersaturation degree of solution effects the size and morphology of MH nanoparticles.

Abstract: On the basis of the conservation law of the flow field and the two-fluid model, a one-dimensional steady state hydraulics model of the gas-liquid stratified wavy flow is established. The method accounts for the effects of the turbulence through the use of the standard K-ε two-equation model of turbulence with the wall function method employed near the wall. The gas phase and the liquid phase in the wavy region are considered respectively as two points for simplification. The model permits the prediction of flow parameters such as liquid holdup,pressure drop, velocity profile and so on. It is easy to calculate and the result is compared with the experiments and other models and agrees well with them.

Abstract: The operation condition of the rotor system is strong nonlinear state; even with severe breakdown, weak nonlinear state appears; due to the nature of the rotor system is nonlinear. The system of the weak nonlinear state could mutate for strong nonlinear state. So the rotor system of weak nonlinear state vector in the system analysis and fault diagnosis is very important. Therefore, this paper analyzes universality of weak nonlinear of the system. It introduces segmentation system displacement vector into two little freedom of time to approximate equation system vector into a order system method.

Abstract: The drum surface method was proposed to fit the dual-curvature glass. Based on the drum line principle, the proportional function method is used to obtain the guide channel curve and the guide rail curve. According to the analysis of motion deviation, the max position deviation is less than 0.5mm and the results satisfied the engineering deviation requirements. It is proved that the fitting method of the door glass surfaces, the design of the guide channel curve and the guide rail curve are reasonable.

Abstract: The reasons of using low-pressure mercury lamp as transmitter light source are analyzed. The principle of how the resonant half-bridge switching circuit works is described, and how to use this circuit to achieve 2FSK modulation is discussed. The L6384 chip modulation circuit is briefly introduced. The response performance of low-pressure mercury lamp is tested under the conditions of gradually increasing the transmission rates. The new transmitter has a longer transfer distance but a slower response compared with LED transmitter system.

Abstract: The distribution of the speed and shear stress in power-law fluid with the laminar flow in the pipe were analyzed in this paper, then, the flow rate was calculated. Moreover, the stop pipe diameter was designed by calculating the balance of shear stress of power-law fluid in the pipe and the gravity of filling fluid. The conclusion: Ideal stop pipe diameter of power-law fluid is related to fluid properties, pressure and the acceleration of gravity.

Abstract: The dynamic performance of the CNC turret affect the cutting capability and cutting efficiency of the NC machine tool directly, embody the core level of the design and manufacture of the NC machine tool. However, the dynamic performance of the CNC turret mostly decided by the dynamic performance of the power transmission system of the power turret. This passage use Pro/E to set the accurate model of the gears and the CAD model of the gear transmission system and based on this to constitute the ADAMS model of virtual prototype. On the many-body contact dynamics theory basis, dynamic describes the process of the mesh of the gears, work out the dynamic meshing force under the given input rotating speed and loading, and the vibration response of the gear system. The simulation result disclosure the meshing shock excitation and periodical fluctuation phenomena arose by stiffness excitation of the gear transmission. Analyses and pick-up the radial vibration response of the output gear of the gear transmission system as the feasibility analysis data.
