Study on Craftsmanship and Performance of Sand Mould for Rapid Proofing of Molded Pulp Products

Abstract:

In order to shorten the development cycle of molded pulp products and reduce proofing costs of molded pulp products, the replacement of metal mould by tung oil sand mould in molded pulp products proofing process was studied. The technological experiment on tung oil sand mould to make proofing mould and performance testing experiment on tung oil sand mould was carried out. The ratio of raw materials of tung oil sand mould and its best craftsmanship combination were obtained, and the performance requirement of proofing mould made by tung oil sand mould was met.
