Abstract: The main objective of this work is to present a methodology for development of regenerative braking system hydraulic model that can be used to estimate the master cylinder pressure, master cylinder travel position, normal open valve fluid flow, normal open valve cross-sectional area, normal close valve fluid flow, normal close valve cross-sectional area, accumulator fluid flow and brake caliper fluid flow. According to the above hydraulic model calculation, the cooperation between regenerative braking system generator and ABS hydraulic braking control will be smooth and the arbitration strategy can be designed. Through the simple hydraulic model, the entire brake circuit of ABS can be derived easily.

Abstract: Tidal energy is one of the most predictable forms of renewable energy.Tides posses both potential and kinetic energy. Tidal energy can be utilized by capturing potential energy i.e. by means of tidal barrage and tidal fence or by capturing kinetic energy i.e. by menas of tidal current technologies. This study is focused on diffuser augmented tidal turbines that capture the kinetic energy. The power generated by a tidal turbine is directly proportional to the cube of velocity of current flow. The role of the diffuser in diffuser augmented tidal turbines is to help accelerate the incoming current velocity. Consequently, the efficiency of the turbine is significantly increasedby using adiffuser. The research community is investing considerable time and financial resources in thisgrowingdomain. The diffuser augmented tidal turbinesresearch datais rather scarce due to their emerging nature, large and costly research & development setup, startup cost and proprietary issues. The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of length and angle on NACA 0010airfoil for diffuser design. Numerical simulation is carried out to investigate velocity and mass flow rate at the throat. The drag force due to diffuser installation is also calculated.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to design an electric control system of stage loader which has clear logical relations and is easy to operate. The control system improved the working reliability of electric control system. Taking stage loader used in coal storage yard as an example, we introduce the mechanical structure and working principle of stage loader, mainly discuss about the components of electric control system, the action sequence of the actuator, electrical control PLC program .This paper pointes out that the use of step ladder instruction can make logical relations of action sequence clear and the use of state initialization instruction can make the state transitions among manual program, homing procedure, automatic continuous working procedure simple.

Abstract: Applying the non-circular gear to transplanting mechanism can get more desirable planting work locus, which is a hot research topic recently. Pascal curve gear was obtained by researching features of Pascal curve in this paper, the non-circular gear planetary transplanting mechanism was designed using Pascal curve gear. Mathematical modeling of the various gears was carried out. Software for dynamic simulation and parameter optimization of non-circular gear transplanting mechanism was developed. Using the software, users input a set of parameters, and the software instantly calculates and shows the work locus and motion simulation, then users can judge whether the parameters are reasonable and get the appropriate planting work locus, validating that Pascal curve gear can be used in rice transplanter. Optimization parameters obtained from software are of guiding significance for the manufacture and testing of physical prototypes.

Abstract: A novel power line interference removal method based on blind signal separation algorithm was proposed. The regular methods for power line interference removal were notch filter method and adaptive filter method. Part of the frequency component in desired signal would lose if there was same frequency component between power line interference signal and desired signal. The desired signal and the power line interference signal was commonly coming from different source. The power line interference removal problem was transformed into blind signal separation problem by constructing observation signal artificially. The blind separation algorithm based on unifying model was used for solving the transformed blind separation problem and the desired signal without power line interference could be got. The simulation results on electrocardiogram signal show that the power line interference can be removed efficiently using the method proposed and the signal recovery precise is high.

Abstract: The objective of this paper is to provide an adjustable-speed for belt conveyor, which is used for low power occasions, reducing equipment investment. We adopt three-phase step motor to drive and electromagnetic speed control technology to regulate speed. The paper introduces structure of electromagnetic speed Adjustment belt conveyor, the working principle of open-loop electromagnetic speed Adjustment system and closed-loop electromagnetic speed Adjustment system, connection mode of electromagnetic speed motor. The paper points out the characteristics and applied situation of the electromagnetic speed belt conveyor, compared with frequency speed control equipment with high cost, it is appropriate to choose electromagnetic speed control technology when the power consumption is small.

Abstract: This article describes a method through which one can parallel oil pipelines of two hydraulic neutrons of an injection molding machine to form a new hydraulic neutron, and connect its inlet and return ports with the ejection stripper cylinder of a mould. The basic principle is that the oil circuit in the size of the flow is mainly achieved by regulating the flow area of valve port. The actuator velocity can be adjusted by the size of the flow. In other words, single tubing orifice flow area is increased with two oil circuit parallel connection. Then flow through the tubing corresponding is increased, and the pushing cylinder velocity can also be increased. Setting the starting time of solenoid valve pipelines of two hydraulic neutrons, one can have the ejection controlled by the two-step speed. Through the production application of mould of twin-tub of double-barrel washing machine, the washing machine is ejected from the side of the fixed mold. Pressing barrel mouth flanged by the pushing plate of the fixed mold can easily leading to product damage. Mold opening speed is slow. Once the product is ejected, the speed of opening mold can be faster. The speed of push rod to return can also be increased. Under normal circumstances, a group of top of the body neutron oil circuit is used. When the products leave the mold, the mold opening speed still cannot be increased and the speed of the push rod return cannot be increased either. After two sets of hydraulic neutron oil circuits were applied to the mold of twin-tub of double-barrel washing machine, the opening mold ejection time decreased by 8 seconds, with the molding cycle shortened by 7.4%. The author offers a simple way to achieve production efficiency, without increasing the hydraulic valve and leading to extra cost. It is a reference method to improve the speed of the injection molding machine.

Abstract: Monitoring signal of bunch and water facilities’monitoring system was from photoelectric sensors and pressure sensors, distribution and installation of photoelectric sensors into the seed tubes were analyzed after Choosing the photoelectric sensors, circuit were designed to amplify the output signals which were sended to the 8031 for processing, the sowing monitoring were realized. Circuit were designed after Choosing the pressure sensors to converse the signals A/D by the ADC0809 and send it to the 8031 for processing, water and fertilizer were monitored real-time, so the signals of the whole system were input.

By analyzing a variety of factors that may lead to fault, and taking some appropriate solution, According to calculations, replaced the control transformer as the BK-300 that keep the roller disassembly machine safe and reliable, and avoid the phenomenon of power failure.
