Abstract: In order to further reduce sensitivity to misalignments not only double crowned pinion but also profile and longitudinal geometry modified face gear have been studied. The profile geometry modification were realized by application of rack cutters, and applied parabolic motion of the center of grinding disk for the pinion and face gear longitudinal crowning. Tooth contact analysis (TAC) and Load Tooth contact analysis (LTCA) have been performed to simulate the meshing and contact of double-crowned face gear driver. The further avoidance of edge contact in presence of big magnitude misalignment was illustrated with numerical examples.

Abstract: High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is the fourth brand-new and efficient means to cure tumour acknowledged by the medical field. China is one of countries applying HIFU to clinical oncotherapy earliest in the world. However, a considerable part of HIFU equipments which have been put on the market leave unused because accidental injuries such as ambustion to the body surface, tumour tissue residues in the target section or damages to normal tissues are often caused in HIFU clinical treatment. In the thesis, temperature measurement technique of high-intensity focusing ultrasonic therapy is introduced; features and existing problems of two methods (ultrasound and MRI) which are usually used at home and abroad to guide and monitor HIFU treatment are focally analyzed and illustrated.

Abstract: The service condition of plane thrust bearing of worm shaft in an oil screw press was analyzed. The fracture failure of the bearing rings was systematically investigated through physical-chemical test, trace inspection, fractographic appearance, and metallographic structure analysis. The results showed that a great amount of network surface cracks near bearing ring edge, some dot shaped internal oxidations and secondary crack initiation, higher hardness, as well as the network carbides and coarse quenching martensites led to the early brittle fracture of the bearing rings. The further improvements were normalizing and isothermal spheroidizing annealing can eliminate the network carbides and improve the microstructure in preheat treatment process, and quenching temperature and heating time can not be too high and long in final heat treatment. Hardness of the material is preferably 60-62 HRC.

Abstract: It has been done that the application of abio-fabric fireproofing curtain in Ship fireproofing division designing. The experiment has been studied of the performance of double track fireproofing curtain. From the result, it tests that double track fireproofing curtain can prevent fire spreading and it’s heat insulation performance is evidence. The study has tested the feasibility and validity of the double track fireproofing curtain was used in Ship for fireproofing division design. The result of this paper could be reference to the double track fireproofing curtain was used in Ship for fireproofing division design.

Abstract: The experimentation and numerical simulating have been done to validate the fireproofing performance of big water curtain. The breadth and highness of water curtain is 15m and 12.5m. The dimension of fire space: 18m×15m×12.5m (length×breadth×highness). The dimension of no fire space: 42m×15m×12.5m (length×breadth×highness). The result shows that: water curtain can prevent fire propagating and drops in temperature clearly; the water curtain fireproofing is feasible and effective; flux and thickness of the water curtain and the diameter of drip have major influence upon effect of the water curtain fireproofing. The conclusion of this paper should be helpful for the fireproofing water curtain design.

Abstract: Bond graphs are a domain-independent graphical description of dynamic behavior of physical systems. It is particularly suited for the concurrent design of multidisciplinary systems (including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic components). In this paper, we present our work on the conceptual design representation using bond graphs methodology to support the early stage of product development, especially the conceptual design of mechatronic products. Following the introduction of the fundamental concepts, a advanced notion so called activation is given to present signal systems (e.g. feedback controlled systems). Finally, a controlled DC motor driven system example is used to illustrate the process of model building and analysis of interdisciplinary systems based on bond graphs.

Abstract: High pressure die casting is a high volume component manufacturing process which is used extensively in many aspects. There are many factors affecting the quality of die-casting die. In this paper, the CAE simulations of filling and solidification processes for die-casting are studied. Numerical analyses are presented for two practical die-casting parts using HZ CAE software. The temperature distributions and filling states in solidification and filling process are presented. Then the deficiencies of the part are predicted. Based on the analyzing results, the structures of the two dies are optimized and longer die service life and high-quality castings are obtained. It is proved that CAE simulation results can offer a helpful reference for die-casting die design.

Abstract: In this paper, the iodine source term is studied with the containment performance in normal, isolation, and emergency state of containment. For this study, a MATLAB computer-based program is developed, which simulates the iodine source term with time. The environmental iodine source term is determined with time normal, isolation and emergency state of containment. With the operation of Engineering Safety Features ESFs the effect on the iodine source term has been observed. From the results, it is observed that the iodine is strongly dependent on the exhaust rate and significantly reduced with ESFs operation.

Abstract: we have used the metaphor of ant colonies to define "the Ant system", a class of distributed algorithms for combinatorial optimization. In this paper we analyze some properties of Ant-cycle, the up to now best performing of the ant algorithms we have tested. We report many results regarding its performance when varying the values of control parameters and we compare it with some FEM algorithms. And in accordance with treatment principles, the microstructure of the alloy is simulated. First modal analyses of microstructure defects are performed in ANSYS. Second the genetic algorithm is implemented in MATLAB to Calculate the Value of b and p. The last, The FEM analysis results are imported in ANSYS about the Stress distribution. The result presented in this paper is obtained using the Genetic Algorithm Optimization Toolbox.

Abstract: High temperature pull/compressive stress creep, cubic  phase during the organization evolution and the direction and exert stress, two phase mismatch degrees about. Using ordered from a passage in the interface of the atom spread to another channel to analyze g raft form of farcies of ordered the width of the matrix channel with changes, thinks a photograph of the raft form at high temperatures of element diffusion occur. But the high temperature pull/pressure creep during different orientations of phase happen, the rate of different raft form reason and in different orientations of single crystal alloy phase during the microstructure evolution ordered  solute elements of the directional migration patterns are still unclear. Using immune algorithm to calculate the relevant after the coefficient, combined with finite element software simulate the alloy tensile creep. Experiments have gained good effects
