Abstract: In the fields of bridge anti-collision, it is always a headache to protect bridges from being damaged when it is collided by large-tonnage ships. This paper presents a kind of friction energy dissipation device with constant resistance which is equipped with two-way mechanism to exert force and take C/C composite material with high-temperature resistant as the base material of the friction plate which can bring large and constant (high temperature stability) friction force. Then consume the huge impact kinetic energy resulting from the ship’s deviation from the right channel when navigating by doing work of the friction force and transfer this huge kinetic energy into the product of force(friction) and the displacement that cable releases, exchanging energy for space and consuming the huge energy through expanding space, which can get the goal to protect the bridge. What’s more, we have modeled for the key part of the mechanism exerting two-way force and optimized by finite-element analysis method so that the structure of this mechanism is simple, stable and has long service life.

Abstract: Due to he complexity of the shipping collision process, the design of the protection device can not be accurately calculated by theoretical formula. Through the establishment of the anti-collision device in simplified model, this paper carries out the simulation analysis of the finite element values, and studies the key parameters that affects the performance of the anti-collision device: the geometric structure of inside and outside of steel, the combination of anti-collision circle (elastic element), the flexural rigidity of peripheral steel. And then we get the design parameters of the equivalent flexural rigidity of peripheral steel which is to ensure the that the peripheral steel won’t be partial collapse when there are some collision between some representative ships and it; and we also find that the appropriate increase in the flexural rigidity of around the vertex of the outer steel will improve the overall anti-collision ability of the anti-collision device.

Abstract: This paper proposed a new ballonet polishing method for the precise polishing of aspheric parts. The method is based on the integration of a MRT (Magnetorheological fluid Torque servo)-based ballonet polishing tool system and a CNC lathe. By using this method, the decoupling control of force-position-posture can be realized in polishing process. The structure and working principle of the polishing tool system were introduced. The material removal model for ballonet polishing was established according to Preston Equation. The main factors affecting the material removal were discussed, and the control model of uniform removal was put forward.

Abstract: AMLU torque limiter is an automobile crane moment limiter. The torque limiter is detection vehicle crane lifting weight. Moment limiter can detect and display the gravity and torque dynamic change value. Vehicle mounted crane in the course of their work to detect arm angle and length, amplitude of cylinder pressure and other parameters. Vehicle mounted crane arm angle and length can be changed. Arm length detection is accomplished by length conversion mechanism. The same arm work angle detection need angle conversion mechanism. Arm length variation measurement using a retractable cable. Retractable cable tension is detected by the arm length of variable key content. Disc springs were used on the telescopic pull wheel force. Detection angle variation value using the weight arm angle converting mechanism. The angle conversion mechanism inside the box body of the injection of silicone oil can increase the oscillating damper. Reduce the detection angle fluctuation. Detection of signal processing and computer hardware design were also introduced.

Abstract: Design of motor sleeping berth is to solve two problems. One is to solve the structure design of sleeping berth. The other is to solve the comfort design of sleeping berth. Now the problems of coach sleeper design is to pursuit the berth quantity . Ride comfort for passengers was neglected. Using a limited body space is correct, but should also consider the ride comfort. Design of sleeping berth should be combined with the passenger ride comfort level and berth number. Sleeping berth structure and arrangement is the basis of design. Longitudinally aligned and laterally aligned is the two installed ways of sleeping berth in a vehicle body. The sleeping berth is two layer. The height between two berth is determined by the riding comfort. Sleeper between Staggered heights between sleeping berth were used as a pillow and foot position location. The same layer sleeping berth is alternately up and down position to solve the pillow and foot position height problem. Reducing the height of pillow position is lying to.Increaseing the height of foot position makes the human foot to spread. Each sleeping berth is provided with a small goods stowed position. Passengers carrying small articles can be stored securely.

Abstract: The bimorphs in this paper are provided with electrodes in parallel manner. When an electric field is applied, one plate elongates and the other contracts. This results in a bending motion and used for actuators or sensors. According to plate theory assumptions, establish the strain deflection expression firstly. And then, derive the strain-stress relation of PZT layer from g-type piezoelectric equations. Finally, some general equations are derived for piezoelectric laminated plates and can be used in theoretical or simulation analysis. Mainly, a kind of deflection differential equation about 3-layer electrical parallel piezoelectric thin plate has been obtained. Furthermore, replacing static load by initial force per unit area, the kinematic differential equation has also been derived.

Abstract: Suspension pipe bridge is the key part of oil and gas pipeline system. Liquid loading during the pigging process will cause strong dynamic load of impact, thus the stability of structure will be destroyed. Paper establishes the pipeline pigging model suffered by the stress, analyzes the stress and vibration equation of the pigging pipeline. With the dynamic finite element simulation by the method of variable load, paper analyzes the vibration numeric of the pigging pipeline when the pig goes through the pipeline. The analysis of this paper provides the technical support and theoretical basis for pigging work.

Abstract: One direction of the cross wedge rolling technology is to realize high-efficiency, precise and near-net-shape forming hollow axle with multi-wedge synchrostep cross wedge rolling. This paper deduced the rotated condition of forming hollow shaft with multi-wedge cross wedge rolling (MCWR) base on forming solid shaft with single-wedge cross wedge rolling, and analyzed technics parameters on the influence of rotated conditions. Through the finite element simulation we got rolling technics parameters on the effect of rolled piece and selecting principle, and then created the 3D model of the equal diameter period of hollow axle with the MCWR. By using DEFORM-3D software, the process of rolling equal diameter period was simulated. The result indicated that it is feasible to roll hollow axle with multi-wedge synchrostep by cross wedge rolling.

Abstract: A general embedded remote monitoring system for industrial equipment has been designed based on Field Bus Technology and Internet Technology. The Field Bus includes PROFIBUS, CAN, RS-485 and RS-232. The data of the device controlled in the system can be detected and transmitted to PC via Internet. Upper monitor in the system is remote PC. Console computer, which can communicate with industrial equipment controller by Field Bus, is the controller of field data acquisition unit. Two working modes can be realized in the system. One is the data of operating status, which is gotten by Field Bus before transferred to PC. The other is the data of operating status, which is detected by field data acquisition unit in remote monitoring system. Maintenance and management becomes convenient after applying the remote monitoring system.
