Abstract: Having an automated nondestructive test of shells can improve their missile body’s defectiveness identification ability and ensure the manufacturing quality of the weapons and equipment. The CCD flaw detection system of the shell exterior surface is designed by using magnetic particle testing and CCD sensors and by using the feature extraction algorithm an image processing software is programmed and system simulation is carried out. The comparative study results showed that the system has avoided the manual detection error and omissions and the detection accuracy, detection speed and anti-interference capability was obviously improved.

Abstract: The uneven subsidence of the independent foundation of the transmission tower often happens in the coal mining area, which causes serious threat to the safe operation of transmission lines. In this paper, the finite element analysis is carried out for a certain 220kV tower-ling coupling system, and the effects of the different kinds of earth deformations on the structure responses are studied. The results show that the contribution of the vertical displacement of the foundation to the variations of the internal forces of the tower is quite small and the resultant stress does not exceed its critical value. However, in the same load conditions, when the distance of root span changed or asymmetry settlement is overexertion, the truss member stress of the cross braces exceeds the yield strength of the materials and occurs yield deformation.

Abstract: Abstract: This article introduces a new digital inclinometer . It is designed by the combination of MEMS sensors and LPC1114 which is popular with low-power, low-cost 32-bit cortex-M0 embedded microprocessor on the market. Kalman fitter the Digital signal output of MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope . Then calculate the inclination angle in degrees. Finally, transfers data to a remote server. The instrument is low cost, fast signal processing speed, and solar green energy. It has a small size, light weight, high accuracy and high precision. Then, it can be widely used in the tower tilting real-time monitoring of electricity, buildings, bridges and gravity reference system.

Abstract: This paper adopts the methods of horizontal expansion ideas, multi-angle studies and examples validation to study special dynamic factors in a product project. It is found that the dynamically changing social, policy and economic factors outside the company will produce a strong interference with the normal operation of product project, the actual operating condition of the project also strongly influence on the economic profit and loss in the product project. The results show that the company management, technical and financial staffs can avoid the risk rapidly by taking response strategies, and enterprise can take measure of releasing project development information in advance to create a favorable environment for future product project to be on the market, lead to a good social media for the product project, and reduce the interferences which come from policy and public opinion against this product project operation. The strategies have the significance of promoting a brand image effectively, warning competitors, and misleading competitors.

Abstract: With the particle transfer model and object-oriented programming method, the initiatory computer simulation software of indirect drying process is developed in windows XP system and MFC environment. The overall coefficient of heat transfer in the drying process and the changes of material humidity and temperature between the inlet and outlet are calculated by the simulation software. The actual test data verify that the computer simulation software is convenient, effective and reliable.

Abstract: This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the rectangular ice cover and the related factors using the finite element method. First of all, the finite element model of the ice cover is set up according to the theory of displacement -pressure law which is used to solve the fluid-solid coupling problem, and the constraint conditions of the ice cover are simplified into two ways that are fixed constraint and space simply supported. Secondly it studies the relation between the modes of vibration and the constraints. Again this article analyzes the relation between the thickness of the ice cover and their frequencies. Finally the paper analyzes its natural frequency with different water depths under the action of the fluid-solid coupling.

Abstract: According to the situation that conditional Braille book is difficulty in publication and its amount is small. This paper puts forward a tactile display system which can transform content of common e-book to Braille information, and the blind comprehend the text by touching the Braille formed by the tactile display device. This Braille tactile display system extracts Chinese characters by OCR technology. The text recognized is segmented into word blocks according to the rule of Braille word segmentation before transforming to double-phoneme mandarin Braille. It uses dsPIC30F2010 to receive Braille signal and then controls the piezoelectric actuator array to output corresponding displacement.

Abstract: First it sets up a kinematical model for a kind of industrial robots by D-H notation, and inverse kinematics solutions of its end effector are deduced according to its motion trail. By transforming the rotation angles of the robot’s joints into impulse signals, pulse signals could be used to interpolate its motion trail. Finally, it uses Matlab software to join various curve of each joint impulse signal, and formulation a mathematical model about various curve of each joint impulse signal. In this way, it could simplify program in INFORM Ⅲ language. Simulation shows that direct pulse signal interpolation improves the accuracy of trajectory positioning.

Abstract: This paper makes simulation analysis on an electromagnetic valve product based on ANSYS software by changing the angle, position, length and permeability of electromagnet magnetic isolation ring, and get different electromagnetic force curves. According to electromagnetic force curves, it can verify the importance of magnetic isolation ring’s existence. Comparing simulation results curve with measured electromagnetic force curve, it can find that Attenuation trend of two curves are consistent, which can prove the reliability of simulation by ANSYS software. This study makes a series of electromagnetic force simulation by changing the angle, relative position, and length of magnetic isolation ring. The results show that the influence of relative position’s change to electromagnetic force is more obvious than other factors. The conclusion can be taken as reference by electromagnetic valve designers. Furthermore, there exists important application value in this series of electromagnetic valve optimal design process.

Abstract: Ship anti-collision device with flexible box structure is a new protection to pier device. By simplifying the rubber cushion dual-box pier ship anti-collision device as elliptic physical model and by simplifying the elliptic rubber cylindrical air cushion as linear elastic spring element, this paper can build the relationships between torque equation, elliptic structure parameters and equivalent elastic coefficient under different loading force. When outer steel ring takes a small displacement translation, the reverse force is only related to parallel direction of displacement and has a linear relationship with displacement. Making an analysis on elastic response of translational-rotational device, it can be approximated as a pure rotation curve under certain conditions. And the equivalent elasticity coefficient is only related to translational-rotational joint effect. The results will help the flexible dual-box ship anti-collision device to apply.
