Abstract: This paper adopts the methods of classified research and examples validation to study constructing product project economics analysis model of dynamic and static financial status. It is found that expanding dominant economic analysis to a wider range of overall resources analysis is benefit for operators to make more overall and long-term qualitative and quantitative decision. The result indicates that for small and short-term investment behavior, managers tend to use accurate and static project condition analysis model to evaluate operation condition; For long-term industry project, it is necessary for the company to construct a dynamic project management condition analysis model to help make decision; For long-term strategic interest, managers tend to increase investment and continuously reform product performance and innovate product function to strengthen the ability of winning resources when the company acquired more than expenses, but when the company acquired less than expenses, managers need to constantly adjust product project's profit structure, resist rival marketing and technology offensive, and seek breaking point of special local advantage area and market positioning.

Abstract: This article describes a vacuum water sump cleaning machine which is used to clean up coal mine water sump. Cleaning machine is composed of mechanical structure and electrical control devices. The parts of machine are made up of Walk the flatbed, storage mud tank, vacuum pumps, suction pipe, mud tubes, swing devices, control valves, suction pipe and pressure tracheal. When working, under the function of vacuum pumping, cleaning machine pulls out the vacuum from storage mud tank through the vacuum air feeder. As the vacuum level in the tank is increasing, under the function of atmospheric pressure outside world, the mud flows into the reservoir along the suction tube. When storage mud tank is full, vacuum pump automatically shut down. Turning off the vacuum valve and opening the pressure valve, the slime in the tank under the function of compressed air comes into the mine car through the row mud tube. The layout of this cleaning machine is reasonable, what is more, it is flexible and convenient to operate, so that it reduces the labor intensity significantly and improves the work efficiency of the clearance.

Abstract: Based on the new economic background, experience design emerges as a new design method, which emphasizes that the design can bring more emotional involvement to the users. Due to the fact that it places more emphasis on the experience from the users, the design aims to create certain experience, and show considerate concern about the users. Thus, it broadens the mind of designers, and enlightens them on more creative products. The paper analyzes the psychological activities the users experience, then leads to the special characters of the experience. Moreover, it goes with the process and method on the experience design and illustrates them with practical cases.

Abstract: Abstract. In today’s automotive market with intense competition, car styling preferences directly affect designer’s design outcome. At the meantime, there are various types of car styles, however users’ emotional evaluations of them are messy. Thus establishing a perceptual extraction model of vehicles is necessary. Under common circumstances, we quantify the emotional human perceptual through digitized human perceptual data obtained by questionnaires. However, it is emotional and thus difficult to analyze. In order to analyze perceptual data, the general method is statistical methods, such as factor analysis system. However, the use of statistical methods alone is not sufficient to handle the emotional data, because this method cannot handle non-linear intrinsic emotional data. This paper will discuss the using of fuzzy rules and through inductive data analysis to extract a common perceptual model of consumers’ emotional tendencies towards vehicles. In this paper, methods of variance predicted generalized regression neural network (VP-GRNN) and fuzzy adaptive resonance theory (fuzzy ART) were used to build a common perceptual model.

Abstract: This paper discusses product family development on a flexible product platform. It firstly analyses furniture product market positioning,product type and future trends, then, by depth analysis of furniture product market development trends, draws the predictable part in the development trends to guide the design of furniture product,at the same time, analyses potential consumer needs and trends in unpredictable direction to identify future design attributes and design parameters, creates a design parameter matrix to obtain main design parameters,through the main parameters mapped to the physical structure (shape and structure of furniture product),and finds out core shape and furniture structure. By above analysis of a flexible product platform,based on this platform, combining the optional elements with variant design elements, we can design a series of furniture product family.

Abstract: Numerical simulation in the printer cover product molding process with gas assisted injection molding was carried out by means of computer aided engineering. The filling process and surface quality were forecasted. The simulation results provide an important reference for the selection in the production process parameters. Compared with the production molding process and the actual product, CAE technology used in actual production and design is entirely feasible.

Abstract: Modern machinery design method is the effective means to solve practical engineering technical problem, so it is very necessary to develop modern mechanical design thought and grasp modern mechanical design method. Through the teaching of the modern mechanical design method the students could grasp this method and the basic design means, and has certain solving ability to practical mechanical engineering problems in this method. In this paper we would thoroughly analyze the teaching situation of course group of "modern machinery design method"; and rational plan teaching content of course group, and according to the achievements in scientific research of teachers, develop appropriate teaching courseware and teaching software in teaching.

Abstract: Based on UG NX7.5 and a certain dynamic compaction machinery whole model, strength analysis and optimum design of boom were studied. After determining the dynamic compaction machinery working loads, based on finite element analysis method, by comprehensively considering lifting, unhooking and rated load conditions, the stress and displacement contours were obtained. The error of experimental and calculated values was less than 15%; furthermore by taking into account of the rationality and security of design and manufacture, the structural optimization of boom in lifting and unhooking conditions was studied. By comparing to the original structural, both the stress and displacement performances of the optimized one was greatly improved, with a 6% and 18.6% increase in maximum stress in lifting and unhooking condition respectively, a 3.9% and 5.6% reduction in maximum displacement and a 6.52% reduction in mass.

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of a prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge with V-shape piers built in Shijiazhuang city, China. The model and structural shape of this bridge were stated considering the factors such as hydrology, environment, artistic display and construction technology. The V-shape piers in main elevations combining the changed sections and larger hanged roof of box-girder gave out the lively and attractive views of whole bridge. The design software MIDAS/Civil was applied to build the numerical model for analyzing the static properties of the bridge structure. The results show that the loading performances of the bridge meet the specifications of current Chinese design codes. The bridge has been constructed and operated since Jan. 2010, which is becoming a main linkage between city and outskirts, and a landscape of the Taiping River Park of the city.
