Isomorphism Identification of Planar Kinematic Chains Based on Characteristic Arrays and Computation
Abstract: At present, the research of isomorphism identification of planar kinematic chains has reached a great improvement, however, most of the methods are proved so complex, inefficient as well as unreliable that the research is hindered and restricted a lot. At the same time, especially with the appearance of the planar kinematic chains with multiple joints, there is less research about the methods. Hence, in the paper, based on the method of kinematic chains with characteristic arrays, one method of isomorphism identification of kinematic chains with single joint as well as multiple joints is proposed presently. What is more, a software based on this new method proposed is developed with Visual Basic. In the end of the paper, an example is analysed in detail with hand computation and this software, through which the method is proved simple, efficient as well as reliable.

Abstract: This article introduces parameterized drawing technology on complete film evaporators by the classification of parameterized drawing strategy. And by sample of film evaporators parts graph drawing process, parametric parts prints and the assembly drawing strategy in detail. Development of aided design software of film evaporators would help users realize integration design of process design, and can greatly shorten the development cycle of the products, improve the design quality and enhance the competitiveness of their products.

Abstract: Flexure hinge has been widely used in high precision micro-positioning mechanism and the most common type is right circular flexure hinge. Firstly, asymmetrical right circular flexure hinge is presented and the structure factor is introduced in the paper according to the size of the cutting arc radius of both sides of right circular flexure hinge. Then, asymmetrical right circular flexure hinge is classified by the value of structure factor. Finally, the analytical expression of rotation stiffness for asymmetrical right circular flexure hinge is deduced, and the relationships between the structure factor and rotation stiffness are calculated with Matlab software. The analytic result has an important significance to design flexure hinge.

Abstract: Using functions of the parametric design and assembling in Pro/E, the parametric model for parts of shaping machine was established and the virtual assembly of shaping machine was achieved according to the parts of the assembly relationship in Pro/E assembly environment. Using functions of gap analysis and interference check in Pro/E,it can check interference to find and amend parts structure of shaping machine and can analyse gap to find the assembly relationship of shaping machine. Through the motion simulation, it can simulate movement of various parts of shaping machine in virtual environment. Using the method of virtual assembly ,it can met the design requirement of shaping machine, reduce the design cost of shaping machine, shorten the product development cycle, improve the design efficiency. It has offered a kind of new design method and implementation way for research of the model.

Abstract: Bourdon tube has been widely used in the fluid testing so far, and this paper introduces the chemical and physical behaviors of beryllium bronze QBe2.0 detailedly which mainly makes up bourdon tube; It analyzes the influences of elastic limit in bending on bourdon tube the chemical elements and coating technology bring; Simultaneously, it focuses on the design of the base of tube and the assembly body, points out the location of bourdon tube in bourdon tube pressure gauge; and the design of this paper can guarantee the normal work of bourdon tube in the sealed environment through the theory and practice. In the process of gauge fabricating, appropriate application of bourdon tube is very important.

Abstract: Aiming at addressing optimization problems of complex mathematical model with large amount of calculation, a method based on support vector machine and particle swarm optimization for structure optimization design was proposed. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a powerful computational tool for problems with nonlinearity and could establish approximate structures model. Grey relational analysis was utilized to calculate the coefficient between target parameters in order to change the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective one. The reconstructed models were solved by Particle Swam Optimization (PSO) algorithm. A slip cover at medical treatment was adopted as an example to illustrate this methodology. Appropriate design parameters were selected through the orthogonal experiment combined with ANSYS. The results show this methodology is accurate and feasible, which provides an effective strategy to solve complex optimization problems.

Abstract: Radial fatigue life is an important index of automotive wheel. Traditional analysis method neglected the force on flange and confused stable inflation load with dynamic radial load. In this study, a 3D finite element (FE) analysis was executed simulating the inflation and radial press process. Different contact and modeling techniques were adopted to improve the convergence and accuracy. Stable and dynamic pressure on flange and bead seat were distinguished and approximated with different functions. Finally, experiments and comparison were made to ensure the reliability of the method.

Abstract: This document describes the principles of the weld line’s generation, formation and points out that the impacts of the product mix, mold structure to the weld line. And a new method of improving products’ weld line was proposed, it adds the plastic materials to the plastic product and loads the insert to the mold to improve the weld line, actually, weld line’s quality was determined not only by adding rubers, loading inserts, but also by other complex methods; However, the approach that was proposed by this paper could solve the weld line’s quality easier than other methods, for it can greatly remove the weld line of the product’s appearance and do not need complicated process parameters. Then the Moldflow software was applied to stimulate the filling process and As a result, the weld line was greatly improved.

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of a small-size single-pylon cable-stayed bridge to be built in Xingtai city, China. The main structural members of this bridge including box-girder, stayed cables and pylon were selected to meet the requirement of bearing properties and artistic display. The numerical model for analyzing the static properties of the bridge structure was made by the design software MIDAS/Civil. The distribution and ultimate value of internal forces, stress and displacement of these main members are summarized, which provide the basis for calculating the reinforcement and prestressed strands of the bridge.
