Curve CAM Research in Multi Axis NC Machining Technology

Article Preview

Abstract:

Using curve CAM space meshing work principle established its physical model. The mathematics model of the CAM work surface is deduced through mathematical analysis. Discussed the processing method and principle is based on the meshing forming and freedom forming machining methods, studied the curve CAM NC-processing technology using general four axis and five axis machine tools. This process has been successfully used for axis CNC milling to machining CAM surface. For continuous dividing space curve CAM CAD/CAPP / CAM system research is laying a foundation.
