PLC Application in Electrical Control and Fault Diagnosis of Milling Machines

Abstract:

In this paper, a PLC of FX2N series is used in the redesign of an existed electrical relay - co contactor system. Designing of fault diagnosis system is introduced and together with it relative programs are given. These technical reforms achieved remarkable improvements in simplifying the circuit of the machine system, in enhancing its operation reliability, in increasing the efficiency of fault diagnosis, and in lightening the workload of maintenance staffs.
