Abstract: A SiGe HBT power amplifier for Time Division Synchronous Code-Division Multiple-Access (TD-SCDMA) application with a single positive 3.3V supply has been demonstrated in this paper by adopting a newly proposed usage of the bonding wire. Though the emitter bonding wire may decrease the power gain, it can also decrease the effect of the knee voltage, thus increase the efficiency of the power amplifier. The post-simulation result shows that it can exhibit a linear gain of 29dB, output power of 30dBm, power-added efficiency of 38.49%, and -43dBc suppression at the second harmonic for TD-SCDMA application.

Abstract: 2-chlorohexaarylbiimidazole; sensitizer; hydrogen donor; deeper layer’s curing speed Abstract. The ultraviolet photosensitive initiating system is composed of hexaarylbiimidazole (BCIM), sensitizer and hydrogen donor coinitiator. The effect of sensitizer and hydrogen donor on the curing speed, especially on the deeper layer’s curing speed of ink was studied. The experimental results shown that the deeper layer’s curing speed of the ink system mainly depend on the type and the amount of the sensitizer and the hydrogen donor. The amount of the total initiators in the ink formulation is optimized. This hexaarylbiimidazole initiating system is promisingly useful in silk-screening ink and “green ink” for printing circuit board

Abstract: In order to confirm the different pharmaceuticals have different or similar effect, the paper put forward a new federation approach in analysis of pharmaceuticals. The first to data preprocessing using wavelet compression ,the second to classify for pharmaceuticals based on OPLS/O2PLS-DA. The result indicate that the different pharmaceuticals have different or similar effect ,The approach was proved to be feasible and effective after tested with 8 kinds of pharmaceuticals experimental data.

Abstract: Datasets of metabolomics of multi-group are becoming increasingly complex, hard to summarize and visualize. Hierarchical Modeling makes the data dimensionality reduction and interpretation much easier by principal component analysis (PCA). Dose-response curve is drawed with the principal component score values. As an example, dataset from Ma Xin Shi Gan Tang (MXSGT) water extract administrated rats plasma collected by LC/MS/MS was used to demonstrate this method. As a result, Hierarchical Modeling based on PCA was proved to be an effective, time saving method for data purification.

Abstract: The tongue diagnosis is an important diagnostic method in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Human tongue is one of the im¬portant organs which contain the information of health status. In order to achieve an automatic tongue diagnostic system, an effective segmentation me¬thod for detecting the edge of tongue is very important. We mainly compare the Level Set Method and Canny algorithm for edge segmentation. The segmentation using Canny algorithm may produce many false edges after cutting; thus, it is not suitable for use. But, Level Set Method can produce better edge contour. Therefore, it may be useful in clinical automated tongue diagnosis system. Experiments show the results of these techniques.

Abstract: The effects of lighting have extended to non-visual biological field since the intrinsic photosensitive retinal ganglion cell (ipRGC) was discovered at the beginning of 21st century. More relationships between lighting and health issues have been found since then. In this study, heart rate changes of both the young adults (about 25 years old) and the old adults (about 65 years old) who were exposed to dim lighting with different color (440nm, 460nm, 490nm and 510nm) were recorded. Significant statistical differences were found in the group of young adults, but no difference was found in the group of old adults. The analysis shows that the total light power entered into the eye is more reasonable to evaluate the non-visual effect of heart rate change. As one of the important non-visual effects of lighting is to synchronize the circadian rhythm, the results suggest that even dim color light can show biological effects on the young adults and the elderly may need more light to have the identical effects.

Abstract: The evaluation of groundwater environment quality relates to many factors and make the comprehensive evaluation is more difficulty. The author applies factor analysis method to discuss the quantitative-rization of chemistry characteristic appraisal of shallow groundwater, three principal factors implying important significances are found through R-type factor analysis of chemistry composition of the selected twelve shallow groundwater samples. Furthermore, the authors calculate the score of every principal factor. The inclusion shows that the score of R-type principle factors are obviously different between samples, and then, this difference can be a kind of quantitative expression for chemical characters of shallow groundwater, and be helpful to its classification and protective management, and it has certain reference significance.

Abstract: A slope SOI-LDMOS power device is proposed for high-voltage. When a positive bais is applied to the drain electrode, holes are induced and astricted by the slope buried oxide layer. So a high density positive charge layer is formed on the buried oxide layer. The electrical field in the buried oxide is improved as well as vertical breakdown voltage by the layer. Because the thickness of the drift region linearly increases from the source to the drain, the surface electric field is optimized, resulting in increase of lateral breakdown voltage. In this paper, the electric characteristics of the new device are simulated by Medici softerware. The result is shown that above 600 V breakdown voltage is obtained at 1μm thick buried oxide layer. The breakdown voltage is higher by three times than that of conventional SOI LDMOS.

Abstract: In order to investigate the intermolecular hydrogen bonding of special amphiphiles, a series of bolaform amphiphilic Schiff bases (abbreviated as SCn) with different hydrophobic spacers were designed, and their interaction with barbituric acid were tested by spectra and liquid chromatography. The chromatographic properties showed that all the Schiff bases showed hydrogen bonding interaction with barbituric acid. In addition, the influence of various detectors was also studied on both cases. Experimental results show that the test with VWD detector showed better determination than FLD detector.

Abstract: wo bolaform Schiff bases derivatives with aromatic spacer have been designed and their interfacial phase behaviors and coordination with Cu(II) ions were investigated. It has been found that on the subphase containing Cu(II) ions, both Schiff bases can coordinate with Cu(II) in situ in the spreading films. The in situ Cu(II)-coordinated films could be transferred onto solid substrates and subsequently characterized by various spectroscopic methods such as UV-vis and Fourier transform infrared spectra as well as the morphological characterization with atomic force microscopy measurement. Depending on the different headgroups, both amphiphiles showed different aggregation behaviors in the Langmuir-Blodgett films.
