Abstract: A new method of CNC system for line contact milling is proposed based on full software. In the method the composite interpolation processing is put forward to process space ruled surface. Line contact method is studied to improve surface processing efficient. Full software CNC is designed to the processing. Based on the data of composite interpolation procedures in VC, space graphics can be generated in Matlab. The result shows that it is possible to process space complex curved surface.

Abstract: In order to achieve remote control of brushless direct-current motor, real-time communication network is introduced into brushless direct-current motor control system. This paper deals with the problem of switching between an open-loop estimator and a closed-loop estimator for compensating packet dropout of brushless direct-current motor networked control system. A sufficient condition for stabilization of brushless direct-current motor networked control system is presented by multiple Lyapunov-like functions, and controller is designed by means of linear matrix inequalities. Simulation results show the feasibility and efficiency of the method.

Abstract: In this paper, much research is done on the traction and transmission monitoring system design and implementation of data acquisition, display, analysis and processing for the EMU’s traction and transmission system. On the basis of description of traction drive unit compositions and testing requirements, the hardware framework of traction and transmission monitoring system based on CPCI bus technology is presented in details. The testing system is then designed which is capable of electrical parameters data processing, display, storage, etc. by using LabVIEW software as the development platform. The system is miniature and provides a scientific technique method and assessment for the judge of parameter time histories characteristic analysis of the traction drive unit key components which makes it have a high application value.

Abstract: Based on multi-body system, the error model of gantry five-axis NC machine tools was discussed. The calculate method of precision process equation and NC instruction has been derived out. Based the above research works,make a emulate by using of geometry error compensation soft-ware. The result show machining precision can be improved through the error compensation method which is concluded in this paper.

Abstract: In order to improve vehicle overtaking performance, the four-wheel driving technology based on electric wheels is analyzed. A four-wheel driving vehicle model has been built with ADAMS software, and the control strategy has been built with Simulink software. The driver steering and speed control model with variable ratio is built. The comparative overtaking simulation of four-wheel driving with and without Direct Yaw Control is processed. With the simulation, it can be found that the centroid yaw-rate of the vehicle with Direct Yaw Control is smaller, and vehicle movement track is closer to target track than the vehicle without DYC. The manipulation performance of vehicle is improved, and the labor intensity of the driver is reduced. This provides a certain amount of theoretical research for the four-wheel driving technology based on electric wheels.

Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on designing an open CNC system. At first, the advantages and disadvantages of the three popular open numerical control technologies were discussed, and on the basis of demands analysis, this paper chose motion controller plus PC as the whole system model. Then, according to the system model, this article designed the hardware system for the control system, including choosing multi-axis motion control card, servo motors and their drivers. Thirdly, based on the features of this open numerical control system, the paper designed and put the software into three levels, namely low level of control software, mid-level of communication software, and high-level of management software respectively. Finally, in order to test the control performance of this open numerical control system, some experiments were carried out on a two-dimension motion platform, the results are satisfactory and error analysis on these experiments is also given out.

Abstract: The advantage and disadvantage of the common control methods for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are analyzed. Combined the sine pulse-width modulation (SPWM) and field oriented control (FOC) algorithm, a novel control method of the space vector pulse-width modulation with single closed loop is presented. In MATLAB-Simulink, based on the mathematic model of PMSM, used the S-function and the algorithm of single-loop space vector pulse-width modulation (SL-SVPWM) a servo-model of PMSM is established. Via experiment, compared SPWM method to SL-SVPWM method, the different results of phase current waveform of PMSM are drawn; and the dynamic response behavior of the motor which driven by the method of SL-SVPWM is analyzed. The results of the simulation and experiment verified that the SL-SVPWM method in this paper simplified the control system of PMSM, and this control method has better control stability.

Abstract: In this study, the design and development of an integrated control system for microfluidic PCR analysis instrument was presented. PID temperature control algorithm is used. The micro pumps, micro valves, and micro-mixers are command controlled by PC serial port to work together for samples and reagents driving. Sequential control strategy is introduced to control micro-pumps, micro valves, mixers, high-voltage module, and PCR reaction temperature. Labview as a software development platform is utilized to achieve human-computer exchange. All these designs are aimed to achieve the PCR reaction continuously on line from DNA extraction, purification, amplification to detection. An effective design idea for the coupling of complex microfluidic chip and instrument control was providing.

Abstract: For cylinder position servo system strongly nonlinear and uncertainty, This article puts forward cylinder position control system based on self-tuning fuzzy control. The self-tuning fuzzy control algorithm was introduced to ensure the application of cylinder position control. The self-tuning fuzzy controller we designed applied the control model of double input of position deviation and its deviations rate and single output of control quantity. The study suggested that the position control precision may reach ±0.25 mm.This system can make the cylinder position to get high accuracy control.

Abstract: This paper establishes a two-period production optimization model of the closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing incorporating the consumers’ different preferences for the new product and the remanufactured product. Through theoretical analysis, we obtain the optimum production and pricing strategies, and analyze the impact of the consumers’ acceptance for the remanufactured product on production quantity and product pricing, which provides a basis for the manufacturer’s production decisions.
