Abstract: The band sintering machine consists of many trolleys,those make a closing sintering band.In the process of sintering,the trolley go forward luggage,light fire and sinter at on the top track,and eject the sintering mineral in the end.The trolley.In the whole work process,the trolley take the load of itself,the weight of bars,the weight of sinter mineral and take out breeze negative press of function,and then suffer the affect of hot again and again,therefore making very big of hot fatigue.The bars is the easierest damage part.Therefore make use of the finite element method to analys the fatige is very impotant.

Abstract: Vehicle horizontal hollow stabilizer bar was born for car’s weight losing, but its stiffness and fatigue life has been being the focus of research. For the problem, this paper gives a new method to calculate hollow stabilizer bar’s stiffness and predict its fatigue life with finite element software and MSC, Fatigue, reliable and convenient, Innovation for this paper is giving a solution to the difficulties of the theoretical calculation of the hollow stabilizer bar stiffness, and a set of effective fatigue life prediction method of the hollow stabilizer bar. This method provides a technical basis for product design, shortens the design and production cycle, and greatly reduces the waste of destructive testing. Introduction

Abstract: With the development of linux and μC/O dual-core embedded operating system, its research areas have been broadened wider and wider. This paper aims to illustrate its importance in engineering practice on the basis of its application in the technological process of injection molding machines and numerical control machines to arrive at its natural conclusion that dual-core system has a brighter and wider prospect by using Linux and μC /OS to solve the problems of Linux because it is more and more widely applied in engineering, mechanical control systems and many other fields such as mobile communications as well as digitalized network, and now is becoming more and more demanded with the rapid development of scientific technology.

Abstract: To build the tower crane monitoring system is so important because of the accidents increasing in construction industry. Utilizing lifting weight ring to detect the goods weight is a reasonable way in such a system. Ring size should be considered in the situation to lift different weight goods. Through the definitions of two rings of the smaller and the bigger, the detected weight curves are explored. Through the simulation of tower crane operation, lifting weight curves are obtained and analyzed in different stages of starting, transmitting and ending. The experiments demonstrated that different weight level of goods should select the different size ring, and the detected weight data has its own attributes in different stages.

Abstract: In the application of the TOFD inspection method, the analysis of test results is the focus and aporia of the study. TOFD image analysis include: analysis of defect size, location analysis and defect map features. In order to increase people's understanding of the TOFD technique, given butt joint welds TOFD and RT detect. The paper introduces basic process of defect using the TOFD method, describes method of quantitative orientation of the defect in detail, analyzes the localization and quantification of defects in detection. Determine the qualitative of defects by Ray photographs and analyze the characteristics of the defects of this nature in the TOFD image.

Abstract: The corn threshing process is a complex process of contact interaction between thresher mechanical parts and corn ears. The paper analyzed this process with the discrete element method (DEM). A method was set up to calculate the contact forces between thresher mechanical parts (boundary) and corn ears. The conditions for corn kernels threshing were established as well. On this basis, we developed the corn threshing simulation software, and simulated the corn threshing process using the software. The simulation results are close to the actual situation, and the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new method. Thus we have laid the foundation for using the DEM to analyze the corn threshing process and putting forward a novel method for the optimal design of the corn thresher.

Abstract: A calculative model for parallel shaft split torque transmission system is presented, the model includes stiffness of shaft supporting, time-varying stiffness, damping, gear eccentric error errors, bearing eccentric errors, gear tooth thickness error, assembly error. Dynamic analytic model is built using the theory of equivalent mesh error and Newton method. The model was solved by variable step size forth/fifth-order Runge-Kutta method. The result shown all error affect load sharing in different way, one error deduced sharply can not improve load sharing obviously.

Abstract: Turbocharger is an effective technique to achieve higher thermal efficiency reduced emissions. And hybrid turbocharger is proven to be a promising technique to eliminate the well-known 'turbo-lag' effect of the turbocharger. In this paper, a global optimization of hybrid turbocharger technique with variable geometry turbine and exhaust gas recirculation was carried out. The diesel engine was modeled by GT-SUITE software, which is a 1D simulation environment. Moreover, a dynamic programming based optimizer, which was developed in Simulink, was integrated with the diesel engine model. Simulations results show that the optimized parameters can improve the engine fuel economy significantly under Chinese typical urban driving cycle.

Abstract: The bocce movement is a sport, loved by the masses and the sports field in the early development of the technology is more mature. But sports competition is growing as bocce, bocce technology more and more attentions, especially backhand throw to hit the technology. Backhand throw strike technology is the analysis of bocce on the basis of this paper, the establishment of a backhand throw to hit the mechanical model, and thus, by experimental analysis and summary of the key factors affect the backhand throw hit effect, and thus to improve backhand throw hit technology to provide the theoretical and experimental basis.

Abstract: This paper used high speed camera and computer as well as other modern technological means to analysis and study high jump technique of those domestic and foreign male high-jumpers. We analysed the differences between the high jump technique of different athletes from the run-up, the swing to the kicking and the takeoff, which was combined with mechanics analysis on the high jump. The analysis of the high jump technique based on the movement mechanics analysis method played an important role for athletes to improve sports skills and show the best sports posture. The purpose of this paper was to find out the gap between domestic and foreign players based on mechanical analysis of the sports by scientific analysis, and to make correct technology diagnosis thus providing scientific theory for athletes' scientific training, so as to promote the development of the sport.
