Abstract:

In order to improve ERP implement efficiency. This paper uses knowledge sharing theory to analyze three stages of EPR implements. Based on the WSR systems methodology, this paper studies the factors which affects knowledge transfer and sharing in the three stages, and proposes a model to improve the efficiency of the knowledge transfer and sharing in this process. At last the paper uses an iron and steel company a case to verify the model.
