Abstract: This paper designs a camera-oriented smart car along with specialized intelligent control algorithms. MC9S12XS128 is chosen as the central processing unit and a CCD sensor along with peripheral circuit is designed as the camera module. The proposed system integrates technologies of intelligent control, Micro-Electro-Mechanism System (MEMS), System on Chip (SOC), wireless communication and low power consumption embedded technology, realizing autonomous navigation while tracking the path. In the paper, the extraction of path information is streamlined, where dynamic threshold method is used for image binarization and path optimization is done with least square method. Control algorithms are highlighted, where servo control incorporates least squares method creatively and the DC motor control, forming a closed-loop system with a rotatory encoder, adopts incremental PID control algorithm.

Abstract: According to disadvantages that traditional PID control is difficult to adjust PID parameter for nonlinear and time-variant induction motor speed control system, this paper designs fuzzy self-adaptive PI speed control system with Double Closed-Loop Fuzzy Controller by combining fuzzy control and PID control. The MATLAB simulation results show that this controller has better stability and self-adaptive property and well improved the dynamic performance of the system compared with conational controller.

Abstract: Modeling and simulation technology is the key technical one of researching and developing pure electric car. Firstly analyzes system structure of the simulation software ADVISOR (Advanced Vehicle Simulator), use ADVISOR to model and simulate the dynamic performance of the pure electric vehicle. And then take a pure electric vehicle for example, mainly simulate the dynamic performance in the way of the typical working conditions CYC_UDDS, and compare dynamic performance simulation results under two different transmission, optimalize dynamic performance of pure electric vehicle.

Abstract: Quantities of application systems with no unified model and interface standard exist in power distribution and consumption, which restricts intensive operation and management of electric power enterprise. Based on “Integration Study on Intelligence Power Distribution and Consumption Park Technology” (project number: 2011AA05A117) in 863 national scientific and technological project in 2011, the paper first analyzes characteristics of power distribution and consumption system and problems of current system integration method, then proposes a new integration and implementation method that is suitable for power distribution and consumption system, which gives practice principles for system integration of power distribution and consumption.

Abstract: In response to the vibration fatigue fracture of the steam turbine blade,we construct the 3D model of cracked blade based on the actual crack location, then modal analysis is conducted to the blade with crack and one without crack using the finite element software ANSYS.Thus,we can get the respective natural frequencies and the figure of main vibration modes. The comprasion results show that the existence of the crack can make the natural frequencies of blades drop and the blades have the greatest sway and twisting deformation along the Y axis. These characteristics above can effectively identify the presence of blade cracked. It has crucial meaning for achieving cracked blade online monitoring.

Abstract: The world today actively engages in energy conservation and carbon reduction efforts to mitigate climate change ever since it has caused a major shift in the ecological system. This has thus led to the growth of LED industry. In anticipation of the market growth, worldwide LED manufacturers had their market expansion planned. Our study focused on how the LED industry in Taiwan remained competitive and its discovery of KSF in the global market.

Abstract: This paper presents a computational package and equipment with the purpose to detect corona problems of insulators in transmission lines. Low-cost equipment detects presence of corona, via acoustic emissions and stores them in a memory. These data are processed by computer programs. The applicability of this equipment is immediate for any transmission company, because the perfect understanding of the operational capacity of its lines in various operating conditions and climate change allows for a safer operation with improvement of quality of service provided.

Abstract: This paper proposes the battery mathematical for modeling HEV(Hybrid Electrical Vehicle) high-power lithium-polymer battery. The nonlinear characteristics of Lithium Battery are expressed by the state equation. The battery parameters are obtained by the least square method to minimize errors using charge and discharge driving cycle data. The proposed method is verified by the battery cycler.

Abstract: The IAQ characteristics, both in terms of empirical objective measurements and subjective responses, are presented for an air-conditioned institutional library in subtropical climate. The objective measurements involve the measurement of physical parameters of the air dry bulb temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and the monitoring of the concentrations of selected chemical indicators of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde. The occupants' subjective sensation to IAQ is surveyed in terms of unacceptability. By calculating the relation degree between the subjective unacceptability and objective measurements with the grey incidence analysis method, the occupants' subjective sensation to IAQ is linked with the objective measured parameters and their relation is explored.
