Abstract: The Quanzhou Municipal government in the E-government constructed has made considerable progress, but information resources between institutions in various departments and utilization are still relatively weak. Thus it has initiated “the information isolated island” and repetitive construction phenomenon. This article proposed that the construction government public information data center, information on various departments for effective integration is optimized to achieve sharing of information resources and improve utilization of government resources, to promote the overall effectiveness of the informationization construction.

Abstract: This paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of CAD software in landscape gardening design. The CAD software is not only brought a lot of convenience in the modern garden design, but also brings new support to all walks of life, and depicts a CAD software application prospects in the garden design.

Abstract: An external insulation of contaminated-insulator assessment method is proposed based on a tri-level data fusion model of combining principal component analysis (PCA) method, artificial neural net (ANN) method and evidence theory in this paper. When contaminated-insulators partial discharge (PD) occur, much effective information obtained from the sound emitted with PD are synthesized to evaluate the external insulation strength of insulators in operation by the studied method. Firstly, nine characteristic parameters that can rapidly reflect the PD process are selected for image-level fusion of PCA to reduce dimension, which gets two new parameters. Then the new parameters are inputted to ANN for feature-level fusion. Finally, the feature-level fusion output is used as the input of decision-level fusion and fused by means of D-S evidence theory for further reducing the uncertainty of assessment. The artificial contamination experiments were explored to verify the proposed method. The result indicates that the proposed model is more precise than the ANN model under the same conditions.

Abstract: The lack of an effective debugging tool has become a serious constraint to the development of TTA and TCE. In this paper we analyze in depth the requirements of debugging a TTA processor and then present a relatively perfect debugging system which can meet the requirements well. Design details of hardware and software are introduced later on. At last some test results and analysis are discussed.

Abstract: Since the physical characteristics and access mode of flash memory both have significant difference with disk, storage management research become the basis and key factor of flash memory database, the performance of storage management often directly impacted on the performance of other subsystems in flash memory database system. Against the characteristics of database data access and problems of existing methods, this paper presented an adaptive flash memory management method which improved performance of data updating in flash memory while taking into account of the better read performance.

Abstract: According to the feature of the JBPM workflow system development, the target code generated is determined by analyzing the process of JBPM workflow development and the architecture of J2EE. The code generation tool generates code by parsing the static form source code and loading the code generation template. The code generation tool greatly shortens the JBPM workflow system development cycle and reduces the cost of software development which has the good practicality and scalability.

Abstract: Software testing is the assurance of the quality of software, and it is an important step during software development. One of the many studies is the automation of test data generation, and this paper presents test data generation with multiple target paths by using the improved genetic algorithm. According to the features and requirements of multiple paths coverage, fitness function based on path-match was used. Finally, benchmark programs were tested to verify the efficiency of the improved GA. The experiments results show that the proposed approach can improve the efficiency of test data generation effectively.

Abstract: This paper introduces a digital watermark algorithm based on H.264. This algorithm controls the DCT coefficients for 4X4 block to resist the attack. Through the experiment results, under the condition of no obvious increase in complexity and no obvious change of PSNR, BITRATE changes in less than 5%.The attack on level can be 98% detected with omission factor under 2% and no fallout ratio.

Abstract: Updates discovery is the key problem of data synchronization; it has been used to generate updates operations. The traditional algorithms ignore the modify semanteme, cause the updates operations increased. A new file updating discovery algorithm that supports semantic synchronization is proposed in this paper. The algorithm takes advantage of semantic info, which preserved in file system journal, to accurately recognize users originally modify intents. We take the NTFS file system as an example to realize and test the new algorithm. By comparison, the algorithm effectively reduces synchronization requests. Experiments show that, the algorithm cans timely respond to users’ modification and support massive file changes that occurred in short time. The algorithm is designed based on the basic features of file system journal, and can be applied to other file systems.

Abstract: Find a pretreatment method to transform the continuous dependent variable into categorical variable to get more reasonable result in the medical expenses data mining. As a good pretreatment method of data mining, the clustering analysis shows good applicability.
