Abstract: Emergency geographic information service is based on all kinds of spatial information, and it is used for scientific dynamic analysis, judgment, forecast and risk assessment of emergency events. It is as the ‘console’ of the whole emergency command platform decision-making and it is also the presupposition and basis to realize the emergency management, emergency decision-making, command and space planning. This paper first analyzes the development tendency of emergency geographic information service platform at home and abroad, then introduces the software architecture and technology system of emergency geographic information service platform. It focuses on the emergency 3D moving target management, emergency information integration fusion, emergency information service management, and other key technologies.

Abstract: In order to promote multi-directional exchanges among environmental management departments, enterprises and public to improve capacity of environmental information disclosure, environmental governance open innovation model based on environmental information disclosure should be established to take advantage of the public pressures of environmental governance to promote improvement of environmental behavior of enterprises and government departments. Environmental governance open innovation model is based on the public access to environmental information, thereby establishing a comprehensive environmental information platform is essential. By taking advantage of cloud computing technology features of ultra-large-scale, high scalability and on-demand services, a cloud computing based environment information platform will be established to meet needs of public access to environmental information and environmental participation. The platform can customize different services for different users, and promote the development of environmental governance mode to achieve the improvement of environmental quality.

Abstract: Drilling construction quality is closely related with drilling engineering design level, however, drilling engineering design includes multi different professional fields such as geology, reservoir and drilling engineering and so on, and optimization design needs people’s cooperative work from different specialties and sections. Today drilling engineering design is usually completed by relevant staffs in isolation, and then drilling engineering planning report is generated by collection. In this process of design, there are lots of problems, such as lack of formation interaction, long design period, and inadequate capability to meet the high efficiency of optimization requirements. In this paper the model of drilling engineering cooperative design based on workflow is put forward, and by using computer workflow technology, planning automatic design workflow and providing cooperative work environment for people in different specialties and fields, it can satisfy the need for information sharing during design process, improve design efficiency, and provide support for drilling optimization design. The multi-user cooperative model and workflow management model of drilling engineering design is detailed in this paper.

Abstract: “Cloud Computing” technology has very big advantage in the computing power, scalability, reliability and cost etc. “Cloud Security "and " Cloud Storage " is one of the two main research fields. This paper puts forward “filter cloud” strategies of filter spam messages based on "Cloud Security" in order to achieve the purpose of filtering spam messages by addressing its root causes. It is a new attempt that applying “Cloud Computing” in spam messages filter and more mobile business would move to "cloud computing" platform in the future.

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses some key issues of document format conversion as well as their solutions. Document format conversion is an effective way to solve the current problems of the coexistence and poor interoperability of multiple document formats. However, the existing format translators are far from perfect and hard to satisfy the users’ requirements.Based on the research of UOF-OOXML translator, this paper discusses the existing problems of the translator so as to find the key issues that affect the format conversion, makes a further analysis of and exploration into these problems, and finds appropriate solutions. The research result is helpful to update the design of translatorsandimprove document interoperability.

Abstract: This paper introduces briefly international standard time scale---theCoordinated Universal Time (UTC) and its realization, the time references and their traceability of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). GNSS is based on precision time measurement, an uniform internal time reference is necessary to ensure all parts in a GNSS run synchronously. All GNSS system have precision time reference systems, at the same time, it is necessary that the time reference should be traced to the international legal time standard, UTC, to ensure global time synchronous and uniform, it can be realized by establishing time comparison link with national time standard. A possible solution of GNSS time reference and its traceability for COMPASS is discussed.

Abstract: Along with the continuous development of the social economy and living standard, the expectation which people treat the products of clothing become more and more high. In this paper, the cloud computing was adopted to further enhance the support for the design and sale of the clothing. Through the analysis of the design ideas for 3d fashion design and visual store, a 3d design cloud platform with best visual display effect was constructed. Besides, aiming at the 3d animatic content in the fashion design and visual store, the high- performance rendering cluster system was planned to support the function. Multiple computers were utilized to render one scene file in union. During the rendering, the cluster were supervised and controlled to render the sequencing frame of the movies or images. After later synthesis, the final animation was finished and the rendering results were stored.

Abstract: Hospital Information System (HIS) is the application of computer technology, communication technology and management science to hospital information management. The significance, status and problems of HIS in China are analyzed. Then, a HIS architecture is designed that is divided into five sub-systems, namely, clinic sub-system, inpatient sub-system, medicine sub-system, inspection sub-system and management sub-system. Finally, its B/S structure and distributed mode are presented. Using HIS can strengthen hospital management and improve medical treatment quality.
