Abstract: The slug test is a field-testing method to evaluate hydrogeological parameters by recording the instantaneous change of the underground water level. Basing on abroad development of slug test, this paper tried to measure some parameters of aquifer with middle and high permeability using high accuracy testing. According to field tests and existing pumping data, discussed difference of several theoretic model, analyzed and computed the hydrogeological parameters of a certain spot in Chang Chun, China by classical Cooper Model. At last, comparing with pumping test, the accuracy of the test was verified, which supplied the theory foundation for its application and generalization.

Abstract: In order to reduce the mass ratio of S1110 diesel engine, structural intensity and stiffness analysis are performed on the assembly parts of engine body by using the finite element method. Through comparative analysis of more than one calculation scheme, optimization scheme has been got. To ensure the intensity and stiffness of the engine body is not reduced under the premise, optimization scheme makes the body mass greatly reduced from the original engine body’s 38kg to 13.8kg and the engine mass ratio is reduced from 13.2kg/kW to 11.81kg/kW. The results show that, changing the body material from cast iron materials to cast aluminum materials, the body stress distribution trends are similar, but the cast aluminum body deformation increases; increasing the number of cylinder head bolts to 6 can reduce the deformation of the cylinder liner; a reasonable set of stiffeners can reduce the bearing bore deformation.

Abstract: Simulation analysis on the hydraulic system of shearer's cutting part was established based on the research of fluid simulation technology. The hydraulic model was built using the AMESim software. By verifying the results, a new method about the rigorous analysis of holistic dynamic property of the hydraulic system is developed and a new way to design new type mining machinery and improve its capabilities is provided.

Abstract: Fixtures, tools, and other assembly resources have an important role in the assembly of complex products, so it is very necessary to consider the interactive relationship between the resources model and the product model for assembly order planning in 3D environment. Firstly, the features of assembly process planning involved resources are analyzed. Secondly, the concept of the assembly process intention(AsmPI) is introduced,and an assembly process can be divided into an AsmPI sequence. Thirdly, based on the graph theory, a resource-involved assembly process model is built up. At last, setting a typical structure as an example, the validity of this modeling method is verified.

Abstract: Finite Element-Statistical Energy Analysis (FE-SEA) hybrid method is better than SEA method for vehicle interior noise analysis in mid frequency. The noise predictions using FE-SEA in mid and SEA in high frequency are good in consistent with the experiments, so the computer-aided simulation using above two methods is a good alternative to experiments. The results shows that the Poly Methyl Meth Acrylate (PMMA) instead of glass as the windshield material can reduce the interior noise at the driver’s ear in mid frequency, also lighten the body weight. The results shows the new polymer transparent material can looked as a good new way for vehicle interior noise reduction and body lightweighting.

Abstract: Shearer cutting unit is the main working mechanism of the shearer and its performance is a direct reflection of the performance of the shearer. Three-dimensional solid model of shearer cutting unit mechanical system was built by 3D modeling software Pro/E, and then it was imported into ADAMS through a dedicated interface module. After adding constraints and movement driven and calibrating model, the simulation analysis in the ADAMS was established and analysis of the forces of the three key pin hinge point was achieved, which provided the basis for the shearer cutting unit mechanical system design.

Abstract: In order to improve vehicle driving function, the author establishes a three-dimensional model of a sedan McPherson front suspension with ADAMS / CAR, besides, there is an analysis on the wheel vertical beating positioning parameter variation of the suspension when driving. With the evaluation of the rationality of the suspension design parameters, reaching the common method for the analysis and optimization of the vehicle suspension based on ADAMS, by which, we can improve the function of the vehicle suspension system, and save time to design the vehicle suspension.

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the role and function of CATIA and VERICUT, and combining this two software as optimization platform built collect modeling, machining, simulation and optimization in one of the CNC machining chain. Through the VERICUT to simulate and optimize the NC program, examples demonstrate the rationality of optimization, avoid the collision, interference and had cut in the production and processing, improve the efficiency in the use of CNC machine.

Abstract: For the structural design problem of waveform generator, selected diameter of rubber block, hardness and thickness of block 1 and block 2 as five design variables. Firstly, adopted orthogonal design method, and built initial sample data. Secondly, adopted LS-SVM to exercise the sample data, and selected regularization parameter and kernel function width of LS-SVM based on QPSO algorithm. Finally, optimized the structural parameters of waveform generator based on simulated annealing algorithm. The research provided a theoretic basis for the design of waveform generator.

Abstract: The casting process design and simulation of the end blade of ZLT1200 axial flow pump were presented in this paper. Three kinds of casting processes were designed and simulated using ProCAST. The 3D models of the casting processes were set up by Pro/E software. The optimized cast process was selected by simulation results. Practical production of optimized cast process was also carried out. The practical production results indicated that the selected cast process can meet the practical production demand and that end blades with high quality were manufactured.
