Abstract: MTA ( the availability of production ) is a new production model proposed by Dr. Goldratt . This paper which is based on fuzzy theory and inventory cost theory is to study the strategy of dynamic adjustment of buffer stock by means of establishing membership function of the real stock and the consumption model which is based on membership. Enterprise have to adjust the buffer stock immediately when the membership of the real stock which worked out from the model is higher or lower than a particular numerical and then enterprise can get the products production processes.

Abstract: This article investigate the structural form and process of college textbook supply chain in detail, and find out the matters of college textbook inventory under the Supply Chain Management on the base of Supply Chain Management, inventory control, inventory optimization and Economic batch theory. According to that problem, this article put forward a college teaching material inventory optimization model based on Fixed Order Quantity and fixed kickback rate, which is compared with the supply of university teaching characteristics and economic batch basic model, and to optimize inventory strategy, put forward a tentative plan of build an university teaching information sharing platform.

Abstract: Different overseas oil field development and production projects, have different tax provisions. The contract requires different models for different development strategies. In this paper, the X oilfield abroad, for example, studied the oilfield development to adjust the initial well production line, and the adjustment of the oil field development well later provided the basis for the deployment.

Abstract: Combinating the process theory and system theory organically, this paper views enterprise’s technological innovation as a continuously improved system process. It builds a system model for the evaluation of technological innovation capability based on the view of process. Considering the features of cement industry, the technological innovation capabilities in cement industry are divided into innovation management capability, innovation input capability, research & development capability, manufacturing capability, marketing promotion capability and innovation output capability. And we propose a comprehensive and complete evaluation index system of cement industry’s technological innovation capability and provide a ruler for the evaluation of cement industry’s technological innovation capability

Abstract: The accurate evaluation of distribution system reliability plays an important role in distribution system planning. The existing method doesn’t consider the influence of different inclement weather. This paper proposed a new method for evaluation of distribution system anti-disaster ability in inclement weather. Firstly, the influence of the system components in inclement weather was analyzed according to the physical situation; then the relationship between the breakdown probability of the components and the meteorological parameters was studied on the basis of the components quality. Secondly, considering the characteristics of distribution system, the probability of continuous failure was discussed by the minimal path method. Finally the evaluation indices were introduced to represent the distribution system anti-disaster ability. The simulation results show the laws between the distribution system’s anti-disaster ability and the changing meteorological parameters.

Abstract: Based on the direct consumption coefficient, using the clustering analysis technology, our studies have showed that the contribution of science and Technology Service Industry to six industrial categories of the smelting and mangling process of ferrous metal six industrial categories was lower. The contribution to four industry categories of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry focused on the scientific and technological exchanges and promotion services; while the contribution of technology services to the petroleum processing, coking and nuclear fuel processing industry is not enough, its distribution is more balanced and reasonable. The contribution to the fabricated metal products industry is focused on scientific and technological exchanges and promotion. The contribution of general equipment manufacturing industry is focused on the development of researches and experiments and professional and technical service.

Abstract: For automatic lathe tool changing system being widely used in mechanical manufacturing enterprises, this article analyses the life distribution and fault probability of tools. Considering a complete service life circle of the tool, and taking minimum expectation of average cost for producing qualified components as evaluation indicator, the most reasonable tool changing strategy is put forward to reduce production cost in this paper.

Abstract: Based on the failure analysis of Failure Analysis Center of Aviation Industry of China in recent years, the materials selection process in the blades of the aviation engine is illustrated, the common failure modes and causes of the failure blades of the aviation engine are discussed, we found that the 90% of the common failure mode in gas turbine blades and compressor blades is fatigue and these variations may be directly linked to the mechanism of failure. This paper focuses on the important meaning of failure analysis on the security and reliability of the blades of the aviation engine. It is discovered that the blades of the aviation engine designs and the procedures of the manufacturer are key points to the security and reliability of the blades in China. The further research of comprehensive failure analysis of the blades of the aviation engine can increase the reliability of the blades under the service conditions.
