Abstract: With the development of science and technology, traditional Industrial Engineering (IE) gradually intersects with newly established Cognitive Neuroscience, Neuro-IE appears as a result. Means of Cognitive Neuroscience and Physiopsychology are mainly adopted in Neuro-IE and a great deal of research is done in many areas of production management and safety production, design of man-machine system and mentality, etc. Relevant results will show people a deep understanding of men’s decision-making and brain function and bring IE into Neuroscience, which plays an important role in scene design, production design, safety production et al.

Abstract: Joint training model of university-enterprise cooperation is an important platform for realizing the smooth application of a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers (PETOE). This paper analyzes the current situation of PETOE and makes clear principles in the joint training model of university-enterprise cooperation. By discussing construction of simultaneous practice-study theory, training system in practice and perfection of new training mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation, a benign and long-term joint training model of university-enterprise cooperation could be established and quality in training mechanical engineering talents could be improved.

Abstract: The concrete assessment index of cheese dyeing enterprises’ cleaner production is filtered out by the classic Delphi method (Delphi) of expert evaluation. According to the characteristic of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),we have identified the different levels. Finally, assessment index system was established and the weight of each index and standard value were also determined. The cleaner production level can be evaluated eventually more intuitively. So it can provide the technical support and guidance for cleaner production assessment of Cheese Dyeing Enterprises and realize a sustainable development of this kind of enterprises.

Abstract: Our objective is to establish the patent infringement litigation early warning model and early warning indicator system for pharmaceutical companies. Reversely generate the warning model based on incentives of patent infringement litigation. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods were used to determine the specific early warning indicators. According to the hierarchical analytical process, the three-tier warning indicator was established system including the target layer and factors, and three stages of the early warning indicator system: were put forward: preliminary warning phase, target company judging phase, and accurate early warning stage. Quantified statement was given to all the warning indicators, to establish a mathematical model.

Abstract: The discussion of the paper will focus on the Smart Grid, mainly elaborate the fundamental concept, staple characteristic and the pivotal technology of the Smart Grid. The main method to discuss it is to do the research on the key techniques of the Smart Grid which consist of the advanced measurement system、the advanced power electronic equipments and the access to the renewable energy and the distributed energy, In addition, the paper introduce the development of the domestic and the abroad including the American 、European and China. As a result I put forward to the opportunities and challenges that the smart grid will face. I draw the conclusion that the utilization of the renewable energy will absolutely be a hot issue in the future and the smart grid will bring radical changes for human beings’ life.

Abstract: To optimize to allocation of maintenance force in warfare, this paper extended the application of the maximal covering location problem. As the priority function being defined, a maximal covering location model based on the priority of requirement nodes was set up and a lagrangean relaxation algorithm was applied to solve the problem. A case study was given at last, which verified the model.

Abstract: This paper analyses the problems of the positive externality and effects that externality has on resource configure efficiency. It deeply analyses externality problems from economics view that related to the sewage and garbage disposing projects. It suggests setting up restricting mechanism from both of the incentive mechanism and policy mechanism. It empresses the validity of policy restricting mechanism and environment protection governance policy and the governance policy of non-environment-protect-behavior, so as to establish an effective investment and financing economic policy and to absorb nongovernmental capital mostly.
