Abstract: In order to increasing accuracy of the RSSI model and reduce error of parameter factors, the paper analyses and optimizes empirical models through the experimental calculation. It simply fits and compares different regression analysis of the RSSI model firstly, and then explores the rule of environmental factor n and shadowing factor η of RSSI experience model with average error respectively, based on the objective of the experimental data. Using the rule and experimental data, it can optimize RSSI model and improve precision. Empirical results show that optimization theory demonstrates variation tendency of environmental factor n, shadowing factor η with distance, signal intensity in the optimization of RSSI model. The contradiction between errors and parameter factors can be solved effectively by the function-based RSSI model throughout simple measures.

Abstract: In this paper, we try to find the relationship between design factors and social presence in mobile application stores. Social presence in mobile app stores consists of intimacy, social atmosphere and interpersonal interaction and design factors including structure design, content design, visual design and interactive design. We used semantic differential scale method to test the effects of design factors on users’ social presence. The result shows that the interactive design has significant effects on social atmosphere. Structure design has significant effects on interpersonal interaction. The result shows that design factors have significant effects on social presence. Obviously, interactive design has significant effects on social atmosphere and structure design has significant effects on interpersonal interaction.

Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on the investigation to the Zhongguancun Street and western North Fourth Ring Road intersection which is the traffic centre of Zhongguancun. Through traffic survey, traffic simulation and analysis, the depth dissection is carried on for the intersection’s congestion question. Improvement measures are proposed for signal timing and traffic channeling, and VISSIM is used for the simulation. Finally the performance is evaluated with analysis of delay time, travel time and queue length.

Abstract: Information type is complex diversity in accord with their characteristics including in arid area. Patterns of information linkage are studied in different matters,such as,between organisms and water, and between plant and animal, etc.The characters and process of the information transfer are also expounded, which is significant importance for understanding the mechanism, pattern, and tendency of building up models for restoration of the degraded arid environment. Based on investigation and analysis,ecological information characteristics have been pointed out,such as,multi-variate,multi-source,scale,compound,multi-dimension,complexity and systemic feature,and so on.Information flow and its simulation in arid environment also has its special features.

Abstract: Due to the distribution of personal computers and the internet, E-mail has become one of the most widely used communicative means. However, a massive amount of spam mail is polluting mailboxes everyday, taking advantage of the ability to send mail to any number of random people through the internet. In this paper we will introduce an efficient method of classifying E-mails using the SVM(Support Vector Machine) learning algorithm, which is recently showing high performance in the field of classifying documents. The disposition of the words inside the E-mail documents are extracted, and the performance of classification is compared and examined through the learning based on the change of DF value which occurs to reduce the disposition space in the learning level. To assess the performance of the SVM, the SVM is compared to the Naïve Bayes classifier (which uses probability methods) and a vector model classifier in order to verify that the method of using the learning algorithm of SVM shows better performance.

Abstract: The right panel drawing direction is an important prerequisite for generating qualified parts, an important step before the panel forming simulation is to determine the reasonable direction of the drawing. Manually adjust parts in order to overcome rely on experience, the drawbacks to the drawing direction, the direction of the drawing punch and forming the contact area of the sheet as the goal of automatic determination algorithm. Objective function of the direction of the drawing for the variable contact area in the drawing direction of the feasible region, the use of heritage algorithms to optimize the objective function of the contact area and, ultimately feasible within the contact area corresponding to the drawing direction, that is the best drawing direction. The measured results show that the direction of the drawing based on genetic algorithm, the automatic algorithm can fast and accurate to obtain the optimal direction of drawing.

Abstract: The technology of RFID is used extensively in access control for office buildings, payment systems for public transport, and other applications. In this paper, using the Texas Instruments semiconductor chip of TRF7960 and the single-chip microcomputer of PIC16F877, a new design scheme of RFID reader is proposed, which conforms to ISO/IEC 14443 TYPE A standard. And the methods of anti-collision, three pass authentication, coding and decoding are discussed in detail. Test results present that this reader has high accuracy ratio, can identify the contactless smart cards in about ten centimeters, and it supports multiple card identification well.

Abstract: This paper presented a concept of knowledge entropy, and according to this concept the importance of attribute was defined. Algorithms for attribute reduction in rough sets based on concept of knowledge entropy was given, and an example analysis was done in this paper. For the example, the calculation result is coincident with the result calculated by using the traditional method of attribute reduction in rough set theory.

Abstract: The random number generator (RNG) is indispensable to modern cryptography since cryptographic services make use of random numbers for deriving encryption keys or nonces in protocols for secure communication. Operating systems like Linux and Windows provide built-in random number generators which can be accessed by cryptographic modules and other processes. If the system fails to collect sufficient entropy from the operating environment, the output from the RNG is blocked or becomes less secure. In this paper, we propose a method providing sufficient entropy to RNGs using graphics processing units. By estimating run-time of the kernel function in GPU, we can gather noisy data with bias. After the distillation process, we obtain a binary sequence for entropy input to the deterministic part of RNG. Our scheme was implemented on the computing environments using NVIDIA’s GPU GTX 580 and GTX 610M.
