Abstract: Abstract. This paper considers strategic interaction model based on the endogenous infinite lattice. We studied how the relationship between the cost of link formation and the payoff influenced the equilibrium structure. The main contribution is putting the endogenous network and the strategic interaction on the endogenous infinite lattice together, and giving the equilibrium structure with different parameters. The equilibrium structure has already been tested by the simulation system.

Abstract: A framework for supporting steam turbine remote maintenance support service is put forward in this paper. A RFID tag is designed to identify steam turbine. All monitored parameter data is scored in the datacenter of steam turbine cloud platform. User can get all relative data based on the unique RFID tag of steam turbine. The system can also provide fault diagnosis and maintenance solution service for steam turbine based on the fault request. The maintenance solution is given on the basis CBR (case-based reasoning) with rough set theory. A prototype system is developed to demonstrate the feasibility at last.

Abstract: An improved artificial immune algorithm is proposed for geophysical P-wave amplitude variation with offset (AVO) inversion. In this paper, the algorithm is described and implemented. The orthogonal crossover is used to generate the initial population and the elitist-crossover is adopted to add the good patterns of the population. The hybrid mutation method is presented to increase the ability of local and global optimization. The improved immune algorithm is then applied to earth interface models of Mexican gulf for AVO inversion. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm is of high precision than the traditional immune algorithm.

Abstract: In quantitative geological modeling with an artificial neural network approach, time information can be considered as input variable to better describe dynamic evolution patterns of reservoir parameters. Such approach requires independent programming to implements 4D reservoir modeling systems and thus introduces a new research area with great development potential. This paper is dedicated to implement a 4D reservoir modeling system by neural network. It explains the development process with detailed activities vary from determine the execution process and organization structure at one extreme to determine the sequence diagram at the other extreme. Between two extremes besides analyzing essential object class functions, UML modeling language has been used to define the use case model, static structure model and dynamic behavior model. It has practical meaning for further development of eastern oil field in China.

Abstract: Software Fault -tolerance is an effective and reliable design technique and Recovery Block Scheme is an important Software Fault-tolerant measure. Here is the brief introduction of the implementation of Software Fault-tolerant technique and the design pattern by employing software redundancy and then proposes the implementation of Recovery Block Scheme. Firstly, based on the program block’s fault captured by exception-progressing mechanism, it applies the Command Pattern and Active Objective Pattern to manage and schedule arithmetic unit to achieve rollback, clears the data generated by fault operation block and restores to the state before the operation. The design pattern provides a widely available recovery block schemes design pattern, simplifies the implementation of arithmetic unit and gives the core algorithm through Java.

Abstract: Definition of raceway shape and size has always been a challenging task. The whole physical parameters field can be used to describe the raceway boundary precisely, but all of the physical parameter fields are obtained from numerical simulation so far and there isn’t a specific criterion to define the raceway boundary. In this study, a new digital image processing technology has been developed to define the raceway boundary in cold model of blast furnace. The particle velocity contour criterion of raceway boundary definition is 0.15 m/s in this study and the precise raceway boundary can be obtained through this method.

Abstract: Aiming at improving product quality continually, this paper proposed an association rules mining system (ARMS) based on idea of PDCA cycling. ARMS have the function of resolving problems coordinately which can integrate process parameters in various distributed processes and discover the relationship between process parameters and product quality feature. The framework of ARMS is composed of three main modules: data warehouse platform module, association rules mining module, association rules optimizing module.

Abstract: Recently, more and more companies are using wireless location technology to improve advertising effectiveness, such as location-targeted advertising. Location-targeted advertising involves the provision of ad messages to cellular subscribers based on their geographic locations. Location-targeted advertising opens up an innovative conduit to deliver ads and coupons that are customized to an individual’s tastes, geographical location, and time of day. Although location-targeted advertising seemingly offers practitioners tremendous potential given the ubiquitous nature of mobile devices, we know very little about it. This paper summarizes up-to-date research findings of location-targeted advertising, and makes managerial implications of how to use this technology efficiently.

Abstract: The accuracy assessment of weapon system is always a complex engineering. How to make the most of the information given in only a few tests and obtain reasonable estimate is always a problem. Based on the fuzzy theory and grey theory, a grey linear regression method is presented. From the numerical example, we can see that this method provides an easy access to deal with data in small sample case and may have potential use in the analysis of weapon performance.

Abstract: Video stream codec and transmission control algorithm is very important to improve quality of service of video on Internet. A priority video transmission algorithm based on queue-length(VTA-QL) is proposed. Different kind of video frame is marked with different priority and is scheduled according to its priority. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm VTA-QL can improve the video transmission quality greatly, and that link bandwidth, delay and queue length have much effect on video transmission quality.
