Abstract: the piezoelectric and piezomagnetic effects and the influence of short and open circuit on the surface wave speed are investigated in this paper. First, the elastic, piezoelectric and piezomagnetic coefficients in the considered ordinate system are obtained by Bonde transformation from that in the crystal axes ordinate system. Then, the equation which surface wave speed satisfies is derived from the free traction condition on the surface of piezoelectric and piezomagnetic half space with consideration of short and open circuit case. Some numerical examples are given and the piezoelectric and piezomagnetic effects and the influence of short and open circuit on the surface wave speed are shown graphically.

Abstract: Infrared photocarrier radiometry(PCR) has shown advantages of pure detection signal, bigger detection depth and more clear results since it emerges. But it is still in the starting stage. Generation and distribution of photocarrier excitated by modulated laser is stated, and the principle of PCR is discussed. Experiment on different sweeping frequencies is carried out and frequent characteristics are studied.The principle and experimental results are compared with PTR .The results show the most fit modulated frequency of PCR is around 10kHz, and the differences between the defect and non-defect area is bigger than that of PTR.

Abstract: In ultrasound excited thermography method, high energy ultrasound is used as exciting source which can stimulate the defects such as crack and disband to produce heat. The heat excited would lead to temperature increase. The surface temperature would be captured and recorded by a thermal camera and further analysis would done. In this method, the defect is selectively stimulated, which makes this method suitable for small crack detection. Compared to contact ultrasound excited thermography method in which the sample to be tested is contacted with the high energy ultrasound source, in non-contact ultrasound excited thermography method, the sample has no contact with the horn of the high energy source and the energy is coupled by air. The non-contact method is suitable for the application in which even and not very high ultrasound energy is required or the sample is fragile. CFRPs with impact damage and a composite component with cracks were inspected with these two methods, the results show that ultrasound excited thermography method is suitable for composite evaluation.

Abstract: In order to realize online measurement of object in thermal state, a method based on blue structured light stereo vision technique was presented. The key technology includes high brightness blue projection solutions, physical and digital filtering method reducing red thermal radiation, phase shifting and multi-frequency heterodyne principle. The point cloud data could be calculated by projecting 12 or 24 raster images. The experiment proves that the method has advantage of high-speed and high- precision, and it is also simple and convenient, this can meet the requirements of online measurement of medium and small forgings in thermal state.

Abstract: Nowadays people’s requirement about garment comfort is improved. Pressure comfort has been an important part of garment comfort. The structure and performance of knitting fabrics are changed after they are made into clothes with different pressure. The measurement of garment pressure is difficult, but the measurement of fabric performance is easier. So the relationship between fabric performance and pressure comfort is studied in this paper. 8 kinds of knitting fabrics are selected to measure mechanical performance of fabric, such as flexible performance, cut performance, bend performance, compress performance and interface performance. Fabric pressure simulation apparatus is used to simulate fabric pressure variation on elbow and knee. And the pressure is measured and recorded during the deformation of fabric. Same eight kinds of knitting fabrics are used to make basic-style knitwear. The pressure is measured by mannequin pressure testing system

Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical application of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)、Radioimmunodetection and Automatic biochemical Analyzer on the detection of plasma total homocysteine(tHcy)、folic acid(FA)、VitB12、Triglyceride(TG)、total cholesterol(Ch)、high density lipoprotein cholesferol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholestorol(LDL-C).To manifest mechanism of the increasing of tHcy leading to diabetic retinopathy.Methods:The levels of plasma tHcy 、folic acid、VitB12、blood sugar、 blood pressure and blood lipid were detected by the instrumentations above in diabetic retinopathy cases.Results:The levels of plasma tHcy in diabetic retinopathy group were much higher than that in the control group.Conclusions:We discovered biomarkers of diabetic retinopathy.HPLC method can be used well for the detection of tHcy.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the optic-electric detecting target board fails to work at nights or under low light level,it has studied the flying projectile’s properties of infrared radiation and the radiation attenuation properties of the flying projectile in the atmosphere. Through establishing the differential equations, the projectile’s surface temperature is obtained to calculate the flying projectile’s infrared radiation properties , according to atmosphere’s transmitting properties,the calculation method of atmospheric transmittance rate. The infrared radiation properties of three typical projectile are simulated by utilizing MATAB. The simulation result shows that the surface temperature of the flying projectile has a linear change with its velocity; the atmospheric transmittance rate is inversely proportional to the detection distance; Once the atmospheric attenuation factor is different, then the radiation energy received by the detector will be different.

Abstract: As the construction of enterprise informatization in the iron and steel industry has increasingly matured, it leads enterprise to accumulate a large number of business data that can not be used effectively. So the enterprise lack of data information for auxiliary decision-making activities. This paper puts forward a construction of the iron and steel industry sales system based on BI. Combining sales information management with decision analysis for integrated solutions can handle daily business, effectively extract and analyze enterprise historical data into useful information which provides decision support for enterprises.

Abstract: During web applications developed and deployed in many and many enterprises today, how to make sure their web applications satisfied to their individual and specific business requirements and marketing changes has been become a major problem. As now a lot of web applications are only designed and developed for specific business and they are normally high-coupled together with very bad system opening, collaboration, and flexibility. Here, by research on XML based web application design with software bus, component and workflow technologies, with multiple tiers layout and from user interface flexibility, business flow flexibility and data model flexibility, it illustrates a new way for a flexible web application design and try to improve web application flexibilities and to enhance enterprise satisfaction to their applications meeting with their business and marketing changes.

Abstract: Motion codec is the key technique of MPEG-4 VM. The motion encoding and decoding use “Unrestricted Motion Estimation”, “Advanced Prediction”, “Overlapped Motion Compensation”, in addition, the particular “Repetitive Padding”, and “Modified Block Matching “ are added for MPEG-4. At the same time, some questions during motion are explained carefully, and some new viewpoints are brought forward.
