Abstract: Basic principles and construction technology of ground-source heat pump system have been briefly introduced and ground-source heat pump system has been compared with conventional air conditioning systems. Technical and economic analyses have been made of its ground-source heat pump system by combining the project case of large railway passenger station building in this paper. Finally, by combining the statistical data and economic comparison of the operating costs of ground-source heat pump system, this paper has explained the better economic rationality of large railway passenger station building using ground-source heat pump system.

Abstract: Induction heating possesses wide application in surface hardening for steels. In recent years, the emergence of metal powder bonded magnetic flux concentrator (MPB-MFC) enables induction heating better capability, efficiency, and controllability, therefore the analytical understanding through modeling and simulation becomes necessary for process design and optimization. In this paper, the mechanism of the energy transformation in induction heating with magnetic flux concentrator is carried out. The MPB-MFC assisted induction heating for AISI 1045 steel is studied by comparing the finite element simulation with experimental results. The finite element model solves the coupled electro-magnetic-thermal computation problem, which also involves the consideration of the non-linear material magnetic properties in the process. To verify the simulation, middle-frequency induction heating experiments are conducted to compare with the simulated results. The comparison proves the efficacy of the FEM model, and discloses the inner-correlation of the thermal-magnetic-electric fields in the process.

Abstract: By analysis the physics parameter of food waste, considering about using CFD technology for the stirring and heating simulation strategic research, guides the stirring structure and heating effect design.Focus on the three layers horizontal paddle Stirring processor’s dealing process for the entity modeling, and considering using MRF method, choosing the Low-Re RNG-κ-ε turbulent mode, heating from the surround of the equipment, meanwhile by insert one solar heat pipe into the middle shaft for the simulation strategic research. The research has actual guidance significance on how to improve the processing efficiency.

Abstract: Abstract. This article completed the design of fan blade maintenance platform structure through the determination of fan blade maintenance platform design scheme and parameters, and then introduced the basic function, structure and working principle of maintenance platform, completed the fan blade maintenance platform from 3D viewing using solidworks. And did static analysis under 3 different working conditions on the platform through the ANSYS12.0, and calculated the intensity of structural stress and specific deformation under different working conditions. And get the results that the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the platform under 3 different conditions are 115.68MPa and 2.246mm, and it's destructive to counterweight balance guide rail and connection location of hoist installation frame and hoist. Results of analysis shows that the platform satisfies the mechanical property requirements and provides effective scheme for further optimizes choice of structural members.

Abstract: The semi-submersible ocean current power generation device is a new power generation device which can absorb the energy of marine currents. The shape of blade determines the absorbing efficiency which is one of the core technologies. To get force status of the different shape of the blade under the currents by using Fluent software simulate these blades. Then analyze the impacts of the blade shape on the power generation efficiency, the simulation results provide guidance for the design of the actual blades.

Abstract: This article did a research about temperature fields inside the catalytic combustion furnace with Pd-based honeycomb monoliths of lean natural gas-air mixtures and discussed the feature of the temperature field. In addition, the near-zero pollutant emissions of catalytic combustion burner was proved by a test report provided by NIM. From a low-carbon prospective, the application prospect of catalytic combustion furnace was discussed.

Abstract: The key problems and causes of recovery and Utilization of sintering waste heat were analyzed firstly, on the basis of sintering and cooling integration , the method and technique of grade recovery and cascade utilization (GRUC) was put forward according to the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The waste heat was recovered in grades according to the quality firstly, and then different qualities of residual heat recovered were utilized in cascades. The higher temperature part of sinter cooling waste gas was used for power recovery, the medium temperature part was used for direct thermal utilizations, such as drying and preheating of sinter mixture, combustion supporting for ignition, hot air sintering and so on, and the lower temperature part was used for absorption refrigeration. Last, a 360m2 sintering machine of JTC was put forward as an example to validate economic feasibility of the process.

Abstract: With the increasing of wind power capacity, the peak regulation has become a bottleneck in wind power consumption. This paper introduces electric vehicle as a distributed energy storage device. Based on the probabilistic model, it puts forward equivalent quantity model of electric vehicle charging. It uses the quantitative relationship to represent power. Hence the collaborative operation with wind power is realized. The simulation result shows that the relationship between electric vehicle’s equivalent number and wind power can be described by this model. It also analyzes the feasibility of wind power consumption by electric vehicle.

Abstract: The vibration producing mechanisms of BPMSM were analyzed. Then, the adaptive multiple frequencies tracking algorithm was induced. The vibration feed-forward compensation control method based on adaptive multiple frequencies tracking algorithm was presented. The vibration compensation control system was constructed. Finally, the simulation research was executed. The results have shown that the method proposed in this paper can suppress the rotor vibration effectively.

Abstract: The influences and protections of heat dissipation of notebook are discussed. Tests of heat dissipation for three types of notebook are made to analyze and understand characteristic between power dissipation and temperature rising. From the test results it is shown that the influence from power dissipation, environment temperature and fan speed are obvious and a better heat dissipation can be realized by means of forced convection of proper selection of fan speed.
