Abstract: In order to improve vehicle performance, an electromagnetic damping vibration absorber was designed. The parameter formula of an electromagnetic damping vibration absorber was derived from the utilization of the electromagnetic induction principle. At the same time, the electromagnetic force which was generated by induction current replaced the damping force. According to the experimental data, the damping parameter was calculated by means of the response surface method. It showed that the application of the vibration absorber was feasible.

Abstract: Aimed at the deficiency in the existing cell-elctrofusion devices such as high fusion voltage and so on, a low voltage cell fusion system based on micro system technology is developed. This system is composed by cell fusion chip and low voltage signal generator, and locating cells by precisely designed microstructure and signal. In this chip, small distance between one pair of microelectrodes reduced required voltage. It has advantages of low energy consuming, small bulk and operation safety and easily compared with the existence apparatus. The experiment shows the system can generate cell fusion signal to meet the need for fusing. It can be popularized.

Abstract: This research studies the displacement on the windings of transformer due to multiple short-circuit forces. The power transformer winding deformations cumulative impact of multiple short-circuits are studied. the cumulative impact of multiple short-circuit deformation of laminated cylindrical shell with stiffeners model is established, the impact of accumulated deformation of multiple short-circuit of transformer winding is calculated with large deformation elastic-plastic theory , the text introduced by the theoretical formula for power transformer windings of the elastic-plastic deformation analysis of and winding to determine the stability have great significance, To verify the computation results, they are compared with those obtained using ANSYS software simulation.

Abstract: By the implicit C-D pairs, a new approach to auto-B¨acklund transformations of nonlinear evolution equations is presented in this paper. The auto-B¨acklund transformations for combined KdV and MKdV equations are obtained by this approach.

Abstract: Abstract: Objective to acquire reasonable modification methods and values, and provide reference for gear modification of wind gearboxes. Methods the parallel level model of a MW wind gearbox is constructed which based on Romax software. To simulate the modification of high-speed gears under the method of profile modification, end relief, helical angle correction, lead crowing. Results According to the distribution of load on the tooth surface, acquired corresponding value. Conclusions Romax software greatly increase productivity, and it is a good platform for research on gear modification.

Abstract: Based on Fresnel diffraction theory we give out the light field distribution for the definite frequency component of a femtosecond laser pulse when the laser pulse passes through a serrated aperture. Through an inverse Fourier transformation, we get the temporal diffraction field function of the femtosecond laser pulse at any distance. The temporal diffraction field function is related to the width of the laser pulse, the structure of the serrated aperture, the Fresnel number at central frequency and time. Number calculation shows when the width of the laser pulse is within a few tens of femtoseconds and Fresnel number at central frequency is much, the temporal diffraction intensity is not a Gaussian distribution. Nevertheless when Fresnel number at central frequency is less than ten, the temporal diffraction intensity can be approximately regarded as a Gaussian distribution and has a time delay effect.

Abstract: This work is referring to the various singer-finger/ multi-finger nMOSFET structures stressed by electrostatic discharge (ESD) zapping, and to evaluate the high current distributions in different ESD protection schemes. Eventually, these efforts can be used in many integrated circuits implementations. By using the TCAD and HSpice, due to the internal parasitic resistance differences in each one finger, which will obviously result in the non-uniform turned on phenomena. Meanwhile, with different interior parasitic capacitor in each nMOSFET structure, which will be inflected the device high-current-injection behavior, i.e., ESD immunity level.

Abstract: The electrostatic discharge (ESD) reliabilities in different power MOSFETs will be investigated in this paper. From the experimental results, ESD zap pulses at the gate terminal will cause electrons or holes trap in the gate oxide and loss the Si-SiO2 interface integrity, especially for the 100V nDEMOS, 200V nDEMOS, and IRF640, in which they do not have any ESD protection strategy. Electrons or holes trapped in the gate SiO2 layer will be caused the transconductance (Gm) or threshold voltage (Vth) of a MOSFET increasing or reduction, and which is resulted from electron mobility degradation. The RFW2N06RLE and RLD03N06CLE power VDMOS ICs, which with different kinds of ESD protection circuit, are less influenced by ESD pulses experimentally.

Abstract: This paper introduces design and implementation of a kind of stepping type heating furnace automatic control system. In this system, the instrument collects variables of all kinds of process, and then put into PLC, PLC drives corresponding actuator respectively according to the setting control mode and control target value. The requirements of this design are that the control system can control temperature accurately in high temperature environment, in order to realize the furnace temperature uniformity and achieve the requirements of higher-level processing as well as improve the system stability and save energy.

Abstract: Inverted pendulum on a cart poses a challenging control problem. It seems to have been one of attractive tools for testing linear and nonlinear control laws. In this paper, we adopt PID and the adaptive neural network based fuzzy inference method to control the inverted pendulum, combined the fuzzy control into the neural control. This method can improve the capability of the fuzzy controller through learning the data of PID controller to train the fuzzy controller. When the model parameters were changed, the adaptive neural network based fuzzy inference system had good adopt ability to anti-interfere. The cart can go to the destine position exactly.
